My name is Rose-Luce Joseph .I am an entrepreneur and business owner from Florida. I always had a love for the beauty and hair industry growing up.I really enjoyed making women feel beautiful and uplifting their spirits. I started cosmetology school along with high school at the age of 14. By the age of 18 I became a licensed cosmetologist and have been in my profession since. I decided I wanted to create a hair brand that has everything to offer a woman beauty , confidence and faith is what we enhance.

RoseRoyalHair has gotten the attention of celebrities such as Lala Anthony who got our Luxury Body Wave Upart Wig, and posted her love for our product on her Instagram story!

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?

I built my audience on social media through consistently posting , and building a community. I started growing my hair brand on Instagram by promoting my products such as my wigs and hair extensions. I then started promoting my products on Tiktok, which grew over 10K+ followers within the first year and has gone viral with millions of views . I of course promoted on other social media outlets to get as much reach as possible. My advice for those just starting out to build a social media presence would be to be consistent, and know your target customers, and never give up.

Can you talk to us about how your side-hustle turned into something more.

As a licensed cosmetologist my clients often struggle to find good quality hair , it was always a pain for them to find a brand that was reliable and had the quality they were looking for. After years of my clients having this issue, I saw a need for a high quality hair company ,so I created my own hair company that has 100% human virgin hair , and that comes with support before and after the purchase, My vision grew and we now have customers all around the world.
