Rosanna, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Taking care of customers isn’t just good business – it is often one of the main reasons folks went into business in the first place. So, we’d love to get a conversation going around how to best help clients feel appreciated – maybe you can share something you’ve done or seen someone do that’s been really effective at helping a customer feel valued?
My first love as a Photographer is to create beautiful meaningful memories for my clients, I create images for this newborns and transcend these images into a creative story or memorable scene that is near and dear to my clients. I show my clients in so many ways that I appreciate them by creating a beautiful video as an extra they can send to their family members or if a client has. lost al over one I will. include a special album or book at no extra to the client to commemorate this persons life. showing up for a client and being their in the happy times and also in the more vulnerable times, brings you into their circle and the relationship deepens into more then just photography.
Rosanna, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
Growing up in South Africa I always loved all things photography, and moving to the US I expanded my field of photography to newborns and events. My first love in photography is to capture the tiniest clients first, being able. to capture those first moments in a newborns life is such a special moment for me. I love to capture my clients memories, if that is their wedding, maternity, yearly family session or new updated headshot, I become part of a families memory maker. I have regular and new clients yearly and each year you can see how everyone has grown up.
I also love to capture the event of my clients business lives or private lives and we celebrate all those milestones.
Photography is my passion and I love meeting. new people and creating new relationships with my clients.
