Alright, Ronisha thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?
Our mission with the Sprock N Roll party pedal bike is to provide a unique and exciting way to experience the downtown Memphis area, offering an alternative to traditional sightseeing tours and party experiences that cater to all ages, including brunch tours, birthday party tours, church tours, group tours, and team building tours. Our overall mission is to deliver exceptional customer service, combining a fun and educational experience for all ages and showcasing a different side of downtown and its surrounding area.

On March 20, 2015, Sprock N Roll party pedal bike was established Memphis Tennessee with the goal of introducing a fun experience in downtown and midtown Memphis. Our motorized pedal bikes accommodate up to 16 passengers and offer diverse tour experience, including mural, hookah, historical, riverfront, bachelorette, bastard, birthday parties, church outings, brewery, and team building tours. From our origin as a party pedal bike company, we have grown to provide a variety of tour options suitable for all ages.
How did you build your audience on social media?
Identify your target audience, create high-quality, relevant content that resonates with them, actively engage with your followers by responding to comments and messages, utilize relevant hashtags, run contests and promotions, collaborate with influencers, and consistently post across the platforms where your audience is most active.
Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
Implement a loyalty program, regularly engage with customers through personalized communication, actively collect feedback, prioritize exceptional customer service, build a strong online presence, and consistently deliver high-quality products or services that align with your brand values.
