We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Roniel Sylvester a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Roniel , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Let’s jump to the end – what do you want to be remembered for?
My goal is to impact and change the lives of thousands. After the loss of my son I realized the importance of carrying on their legacy . Most times it’s the parent who wants the child to carry on their legacy. But sometimes life interrupts those plans and it then becomes the parents job to create the legacy on behalf of the loved one. Helping change the lives of thousands will reinforce that legacy with thousands of testimonies that will be said long after we are gone.
Roniel , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I retired from att at 50 after 27 years. Owning an online business since 2006 and working it part time achieving full time results. Earned well over 7 figures while doing it part time . Helped hundreds earn multiple 5 and 6 figures by duplicating the things I learned which is what I am most excited about impacting people. Giving people solutions to the economic problems and helping people understand that we have choices. And one way I see that is very effective is learning a skill like trading ,stocks ,forex, crypto , or which ever learn the skill through the proper channels for those that have done well.Help people succeed and you will get your desires 10 fold.
We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
My biggest challenge is working on getting back going after losing my son in 2020 to a stray bullet , losing my mom in 2021 , and relocating to DFW after living all my life in the Midwest. I have decided in 2024 I will let my pain fuel my passion. This has been the biggest challenge I have ever endured . But knowing there are people who love me are depending on me I refuse to let them down.
How’d you meet your business partner?
I met my now mentor in a previous project . He has had a lot of successes in his career ,but that’s not what caught my attention . It was his genuine love of people , stand up character, and his willingness to sacrifice for the bigger team. All characteristics I appreciate and respect.
He has gotten in the trenches with us as real leaders do , his name opens doors for us to places that most wouldn’t have access to .
I am happy to be working with him on our biggest mission of impacting a Million families globally.
