I embarked on the journey of creating Ready Set Paint! In 2020 with a passion for fostering creativity and meaningful connections, during the peak of the COVID-19 Pandemic. The inspiration came from a desire to bring people together in a unique way during quarantine, that allows them to express their inner artist and create lasting memories. Entering the paint party industry was a natural progression driven by my love for art and a vision to make creative experiences accessible to everyone. The idea was to go beyond the traditional model and introduce elements of personalization and inclusivity.
Ready Set Paint! is not just a paint party company; it’s an immersive experience. We provide DIY kits that include custom canvases and a vibrant palette of acrylic paint colors. What sets us apart is the ability to personalize canvases, making each painting session a reflection of individual creativity, and we are mobile.
We understand that finding time for creative expression can be challenging. Ready Set Paint! addresses this by offering a convenient and enjoyable way to make beautiful keepsakes, bond with friends, and create amazing memories. We’ve tailored our offerings for various occasions, including Art Therapy, Birthday Parties, Ladies’ Nights, Church Groups, Team Building Exercises, and more. We also now offer hosting and clean-up as an additional service for your special event.

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?

The most effective strategy for growing our clientele has been keeping it real and talking about our business wherever I go. It’s as straightforward as striking up conversations with people about what we do. You never know who might need our products or services, so every chat becomes an opportunity. It’s like planting seeds everywhere I go, and some of them grow into fantastic connections and clients. It’s a down-to-earth approach, just being genuine and spreading the word about what we offer. Word of mouth is powerful, and sometimes those casual conversations lead to unexpected and wonderful opportunities.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?

Building my reputation within the market has been significantly influenced by my 20+ years of customer service experience. This extensive background has uniquely equipped me to navigate diverse customer needs and handle various situations with finesse. I’ve learned to turn a “no” into a “maybe” and a “maybe” into a paid invoice.

The key lies in understanding and empathizing with each customer. Every interaction is an opportunity to showcase our commitment to their satisfaction. I believe in transparency, honesty, and going the extra mile to exceed expectations. Over time, this approach has not only fostered trust but has also contributed to positive word-of-mouth referrals.

Consistency in delivering quality products and services is another pillar of our reputation. Clients know they can rely on us, and this reliability has become synonymous with our brand.
