Rokira, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Naming anything – including a business – is so hard. Right? What’s the story behind how you came up with the name of your brand?
To make a long story short the story behind and how I came up with the name of my brand GLO CHIC LLC is I was going through a difficult time in my life and although I couldn’t see myself out of my difficulties I stayed positive. I would always tell myself I will glow up. Meaning so many reasons but for the most part it meant I will elevate. The service that I provide for my clients gives them that GLO which boost their confidence as the CHIC that they are.

I’m a makeup artist. I’ve been doing makeup for about 6 years now. I started off doing eyebrows which led me into makeup. I specialized in Natural Glams. My focus as a makeup artist is to enhance your beauty. I believe what sets me apart from others artists is my Natural Glams. I don’t apply a lot of makeup only enough to give my clients that GLO. I am very appreciative of my existing and potentially new clients. Thank you ladies for trusting me to provide you the GLO experience!

What I think helped build my reputation within the makeup industry is my professionalism, being reliable, & time efficiency.
Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
The most effective strategy for growing my clientele is social media mainly Instagram. I post pictures and videos of my work consistently.
