Roderica, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Before we get into specifics, let’s talk about success more generally. What do you think it takes to be successful?

I think being consistent and staying motivated are key to being successful. To get to where you want to be in life will not be easy but you have to stay consistent and keep pushing no matter what!

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

I started wholesaling lashes October 2019. I give both women and men the opportunity to start their own business and additional income other than their 9-5. I currently supply over 100 businesses. What sets my business apart is all my products are ready to ship so I have fast shipping! Customers can start their business within a week of placing their order. I have over 30 lash options for customers to choose from as well as other lash products.

Can you talk to us about how your funded your business?

I started my business with my rainy day money I had set aside from when I was a hairstylist. But that was not enough so I used some of my 9-5 money. I spent about $2k to start my business.

How did you build your audience on social media?

I built my audience on social media by going live and being active consistently. I think going live as a business owner is very important. It allows you to create relationships with your customers and followers.
