We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Robnitia Weekley. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Robnitia below.
Hi Robnitia, thanks for joining us today. How did you come up with the idea for your business?
The idea for Stamped For You LLC Notary came to me during a time when I was seeking to align my passion for helping others with a meaningful business endeavor. I’ve always been someone who values community, trust, and making a difference. I realized that the notary industry offered a unique opportunity to provide people with services that truly matter—whether it’s helping with essential legal documents, guiding someone through the complexities of their paperwork, or offering a mobile service for those who can’t make it to a traditional office setting.
The vision for my business started to take shape as I noticed a gap in personalized, reliable notary services. While many people and businesses needed notary services, there was often a lack of flexibility and convenience. I wanted to bring a fresh, customer-focused approach that emphasized accessibility and care. The thought of providing people with a solution that took the stress out of notarizing important documents excited me, and I knew that with the right combination of passion, service, and professionalism, *Stamped For You* could be the answer to this need.
Emotionally, it felt empowering to be building something that was not just about transactions, but about building trust and lasting relationships. Logically, I knew that with the increasing demand for mobile and remote services, this would be a viable and sustainable business. The combination of filling a real need in the market and the personal satisfaction of helping people with something so important fueled my drive. I believed that by offering a unique, flexible approach to notary services, *Stamped For You* would stand out and thrive, and that belief has only grown stronger as the business continues to evolve.
Robnitia, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I’m Robnitia Weekley, the founder of Stamped For You LLC Notary. My journey into this industry began with a passion for helping others and a desire to make a meaningful impact in my community. I’ve always been driven by the idea of providing services that ease the lives of others, and the notary field offered me the opportunity to do just that. Becoming a certified notary and establishing Stamped For You LLC allowed me to turn that passion into a thriving business where I could provide a range of vital services to my clients.
At Stamped For You, we offer a wide array of notarial services, from general notary work to specialized mobile notary services, making it convenient for clients who need assistance but can’t make it to a traditional office setting. We also provide Notary Permit Running (NPR™) services, which involve handling the necessary paperwork and legwork to obtain permits, a task that can be time-consuming and complicated for many businesses and individuals.
What sets us apart is our commitment to flexibility, convenience, and personalized service. We understand that every client’s situation is unique, and we tailor our services to meet their specific needs. Our mobile services offer a level of convenience that many notaries don’t provide, and we pride ourselves on being reliable and accessible, always striving to go the extra mile for our clients.
I’m most proud of the trust and relationships I’ve built with my clients. Many of them have expressed how much they appreciate the peace of mind that comes with knowing they can count on us for important documents and legal matters. It’s incredibly rewarding to know that we’re solving real problems for people, making their lives easier and their processes smoother.
The main thing I want potential clients and followers to know about Stamped For You LLC is that we are more than just a notary service—we are a trusted partner. We care deeply about the people we serve, and our mission is to provide the highest level of professionalism, reliability, and convenience. Whether it’s helping someone finalize their home purchase, managing permit documents, or offering mobile notary services that meet people where they are, our goal is to be the go-to resource for all notarial needs. Our clients’ success is our success, and we’re here to support them every step of the way.
Can you talk to us about how your funded your business?
Funding Stamped For You LLC Notary involved balancing my full-time job with my entrepreneurial aspirations. I knew that starting a business required financial commitment, so I made it a priority to set money aside from my regular income. Each paycheck, I allocated a portion specifically for my business, gradually building the initial capital I needed. This approach required discipline and patience, but it allowed me to fund the business without taking on debt.
By working full-time and saving strategically, I was able to cover the costs of certifications, equipment, and marketing materials. I also used these savings to support the setup of my mobile services, ensuring that I could offer convenient and reliable notary solutions from the start.
The process wasn’t always easy, but the combination of steady income, careful financial planning, and determination made it possible to bring Stamped For You LLC to life. Now, I continue to reinvest in my business, confident that the foundation I built will support its growth and success.
Have you ever had to pivot?
One pivotal moment in my journey came when I realized that the traditional path I was on didn’t align with my long-term goals. I had been working full-time and was content with my job, but deep down, I knew that there was something more fulfilling out there for me. I wanted to build something of my own—a business that combined my passion for helping others with the flexibility of entrepreneurship.
That realization pushed me to pivot from a comfortable routine to the challenging yet rewarding world of business ownership. I started to explore different industries and ideas, and when I discovered the notary field, it just clicked. I saw an opportunity to provide a valuable service that aligned with my passion for assisting others in a meaningful way.
The pivot wasn’t easy. It required a shift in mindset and priorities. I had to learn new skills, manage my time differently, and take risks that I hadn’t anticipated. Balancing my full-time job with the demands of building Stamped For You LLC Notary was challenging, but it was also empowering. This shift allowed me to step into a new chapter of my life, where I could make a difference on my own terms.
This experience taught me the importance of embracing change and being willing to pivot when necessary. It wasn’t just about starting a business—it was about taking control of my future and aligning my work with my values. That decision has made all the difference, and I’m proud of the direction it has taken me.
