Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Robert Parker . We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Robert , appreciate you joining us today. Do you feel you or your work has ever been misunderstood or mischaracterized? If so, tell us the story and how/why it happened and if there are any interesting learnings or insights you took from the experience?
I often deal with being misunderstood as to the delivery of things I stand for and the message gets mischaracterized. I believe most times the we hold great energy and great abilities that go unnoticed simply because we are misunderstood.

Robert , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
When I began inside the Entertainment fields I started out as a Promoter Hosting events at a local Club with live performing Artist. My passion for the industry grew more intense seeing the great things and doors that were opening for myself and others so I began to learn more and more about the Industry I wanted to be apart of and the business aspects that go along with it feeding my mind with as much knowledge I could reading and learning from others. Then a Opportunity came along for me as a Co-Host with a radio show broadcasting over the internet and I soaked up as much knowledge and information as I could along with our team and when time came we were able to start our own Radio show Famo Nation Forever Radio 2 and have been using our platform to reach as many people as we can and provide diversity for all people to be heard while also discussing topics concerning the community, the environment and the world we live in, from the toughest topics to the nicest topics we stand up and we stand out against Adversity in our Respective Field. F.A.M.O stands for Family Around Me Only were we feel everybody around US should be treated like family the love, respect, and trust for each other should be just like family and we share that with all accepting hearts.
What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?
The most rewarding aspect of being a creative individual is seeing the different creations reach and touch others. The opportunity it can provide for others, the motivation and inspiration it can give to someone else is Incredible. To be able to create something that not only yourself but others can benefit from in some form is one of the most pleasing feelings you can experience.

Have you ever had to pivot?
It came a time where I had the worst medical problem of my life, I lost my job, My family, I lost it all but I didn’t give up. The time came I had to separate myself in order to get myself back on track and back focused on being the creative vibration that I am and no matter the trials or tribulations I never gave up. It was a tough rode and those around me where there at times for me to lean on but ultimately I had to push myself out of my slump and get back to being beneficial to myself and the things I created and assisted in creating. That thrive continues to help me pull through each day of my journey.
