Hi Robert , thanks for joining us today. Taking care of customers isn’t just good business – it is often one of the main reasons folks went into business in the first place. So, we’d love to get a conversation going around how to best help clients feel appreciated – maybe you can share something you’ve done or seen someone do that’s been really effective at helping a customer feel valued?
This is a vital part of my business without my customers there is no business. My motto is your business is our business. I take that to heart when taking on a new client. I need to be as passionate about their business as they are. I want them to know their baby is safe in my hands. We make recommendations to our clients on how to improve their footprint on social media and listen to their ideas as well. At the end of the day it’s about teamwork to accomplish the goals.

I’ve always kept up with technology and trends in the social media business. We create websites, videos, content, and manage social media accounts.
