We were lucky to catch up with Riviera Lambert recently and have shared our conversation below.

Alright, Riviera thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Let’s talk legacy – what sort of legacy do you hope to build?

I hope my legacy would be that my son and his children would not have to struggle mentally, emotionally, and financially. I hope that my business and my books will heal and save people’s lives. I hope my legacy brings love and peace to everyone’s mind, body and spirit.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

My name is Riviera Rose Lambert, I specialize in Health Information Technology and am a single mom to a beautiful boy. I grew up in the Midwest region of Illinois. I am determined to teach others how to pick up the pieces after trauma and heal from brokenness and my book The Secrets Of How to Heal a Broken Rose and my podcast Sipping and Spilling the tea with Riviera listeners can tune in on Anchor Spotify. I’m also a business owner where I handmake natural herbs essential oil candles and jewelry, my company name is Solace Manifestation Candles and Jewelry is spiritual luxurious healing, and natural candles and jewelry that give my clients comfort and peace during meditation.

I got into all of my projects because I wanted to show the world it’s ok to be your authentic self and live in your truth despite what society may think or say. My mission is to show people that you can break generational curses, you can heal, and you can be successful. I wanted to fill in the gaps and help those in need.

I help others with their healing, teach them about self-love, forgiving yourself, and breaking generational patterns. I use my business and my voice to bring more awareness to mental health and healing correctly. My jewelry gives out positive energy and positive affirmations to uplift everyone.

I’m proud to share my story and knowledge with others out there in the world who have been abused and who suffer from depression. I’m is proud that my business has helped people with their needs with mediation or just lifting up their spirits. I want my followers to know that it’s ok to ask for help and that you can pick up the pieces again and you deserver a piece of solace in life,

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?

I built my audience on social media by posting twice a day and doing reels. When I do reels I use hashtags that are irrelevant to my post and that is how I build my audience on social media.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?

I think word of mouth helps build my reputation and my sense of being kind and competing deadlines with good quality products.
