RickJamesHoover , thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. One of the things we most admire about small businesses is their ability to diverge from the corporate/industry standard. Is there something that you or your brand do that differs from the industry standard? We’d love to hear about it as well as any stories you might have that illustrate how or why this difference matters.

Blvk Mrkt does everything different. We are different in every sense of the word. I enjoy where the industry at right now, but we more or less represent the things that’s DIFFERENT from the industry norms and sounds. The Blvk Mrkt for artist to freely express

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?

I think it’s the fresh air feeling for old school hip hop guys in a sense. A new old feeling if that makes sense. The art is also something I’m very focused in on. It’s all apart of one big story: one big odyssey.

Any advice for managing a team?

LOYALTY. And always understand BUSINESS is BUSINESS !
