We were lucky to catch up with Rickell Hill recently and have shared our conversation below.
Rickell, appreciate you joining us today. Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?
ElevateHER Boldly mission is to empower and inspire women, fostering connections, collaboration, and relationship mending through a holistic blend of spiritual and practical growth. We offer essential tools and cultivate a nurturing community to guide them on their healing journey.
ElevateHER Boldly vision is to create a transformative experience where women embrace their spirituality and forge strong sisterly bonds. We are dedicated to the ‘I got you sis’ principle, fostering connections through bold acts of service, mentorship, and support, extending our reach to communities near and far.
Founded in 2017, we recently underwent a name update and officially acknowledge our nonprofit status. This allows us to offer resources to women and young adult ladies, focusing on mentorship, educational awareness, financial literacy, and collaboration with local Counselors to provide services for mental awareness.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I am a devoted wife and loving mother to three daughters. My life’s purpose is guiding and mentoring women, inspired by own experiences. In my youth, I lacked healthy connections with women. As I entered adulthood, I made a deliberate choice to transform this narrative, not just for myself but for others on a similar journey. My goal was to demonstrate to my daughters that women can support each other, transcending diverse backgrounds and social status.
In 2017, I birthed ‘Beauty and the Beat’ to empower women in music, evolving to celebrate remarkable women from diverse backgrounds. In 2022, I started the ‘Fix Your Crown Sisterhood Community’ to create a space where women of all ages can come together to heal, mend, and overcome challenges in their sisterhoods. Regardless of age, FYC welcomes anyone ready to embark on a journey of healing and growth within their relationships with fellow sisters.
As I close the door on my Beauty and the Beat chapter and relaunch with ElevateHER Boldly. I will continue the mission of empowering and inspiring women, fostering connections, collaboration, and relationship mending through a holistic blend of spiritual and practical growth. I will continue to offer essential tools and cultivate a nurturing community to guide women on their healing journey.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
ElevateHER Boldly has genuinely established its market reputation by aligning its name with the journey that began in 2017 and a recent update that solidified our nonprofit status. Our dedication is to foster an inclusive environment, empowering women to recognize their robust support system. This commitment is reflected in our provision of resources, especially through mentorship, educational and financial literacy for women and young adults, echoing our authentic story and experiences.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
to empowering women and young adult ladies, encapsulates our resilience. Navigating challenges, this transformation underscores our commitment to fostering positive change in the face of obstacles. Women often take on various roles without fully utilizing their voices for change. I vowed that if I could inspire one woman to persevere amid adversity, whether through supporting others or facing challenges herself, then I’ve truly made an impact. Every impact, regardless of its size, sows the seeds for a future harvest.
