Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Richie Jaynes. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Richie, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?
I have always known and 99% of America has always known. That the health care system is broke in regards to health insurance and prescription drugs. 99% of America is overpaying for their coverage. 99% don’t know they have a choice outside of the big 3 companies.
It is my mission to liberate people from the shackles of the broken health care system and educate them on more cost effective options and let them know they do have choices when it comes to their health care coverage outside of the big 3 companies and pay less for their prescription drugs.
I want to educate the public that their are options to pay 50% to 70% less on your monthly premiums and cut your deductibles in half. Saving the average American family thousands of dollars and actually get what they are paying for.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I have always been an entrepreneur. Ever since I graduated college. I have pretty much been a business owner and worked for myself. I have primarily been in the health and fitness space. I have owned fitness gyms, Sports performance facilities, corporate wellness centers and private personal training centers. My last major business run was with a sports nutritional company where I helped grow the company form $45 million a year to just shy of $1 billion annually and lead a sales team of over 18,000 people.
I no longer consider myself an entrepreneur. I consider myself a disruptor. I heave a keen eye for finding problems or issues., then finding a solution to those problems with a company, technology or systems that will radically change how that industry performs or how the everyday individual interacts with that industry by introducing new innovative ways to make American lives better.
My latest is in the healthcare space. We all know the health care insurance system and prescription drug space is broken. It is becoming more and more unaffordable. With rising premium cost and drug cost. It is now at a level that is bankrupting American people.
We have found a few new vehicles and systems that now allow for much more cost affordable health care coverage, by lowering monthly premiums by as much as 50% to 70% and cutting their deductibles in half. While taking their prescription drug cost almost down to nothing and getting some prescriptions for free and eliminating all co pays.
This is what you call disrupting an industry that has been taking advantage of people way too long.
Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?
My entire adult life I have been in the fitness industry. I had built a company for 22 years and grew it to millions of dollars annually.
My partners that I was associated with decided to go a total different direction. This new direction wiped out 22 years of building and work and millions of dollars.
At that moment I needed to make some serious decisions. The problem is you just don’t turn around and make up 22 years of work and millions of dollars annually.
The following next three years I felt like Moses in the desert wondering and trying figuring out what my next move was going to be.
Then in January of 2022. God spoke to me and gave me three phrases to meditate on. Those phrases were
1. The obvious is not the obvious
2. Take the path of least resistance
3. Work smarter not harder
Thats when I was presented with an opportunity in the healthcare space. Causing me to have to totally pivot and venture in to a space I had never been in before.
1. This was not the obvious. as I had always looked in the fitness space for opportunity.
2. This was definitely a path of least resistance. as the healthcare space is totally broken and people are looking for more cost affective ways to cover their healthcare cost than ever before.
3. This caused me to work smarter and not harder.
This was a 180 pivot from my previous 30 plus years in the fitness space.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
Having built a business from scratch and being at it for over 22 years and building it in to a multi multi million dollar business. Then basically have that taken away form you overnight. Will definitely test your resilience and mental capacity.
After the business was lost. There were many times I found myself lost and wondering if I could ever get back to the top. Second guessing myself. While those thoughts would creep in every once in a while. I was quick to smash them. As its ok to get down, but its not ok to stay down. I had to many people counting on me.
Having been an athlete in college and a strength and conditioning coach. Sports taught me to be mentally tough and stay focused on the goal and end result.
Failure is not an option and there is no plan B. I burned the boats. This will cause you to be resilient
