Hi Rich Girl, thanks for joining us today. Before we get into specifics, let’s talk about success more generally. What do you think it takes to be successful?

To become successful in this industry, you have to be okay with change. You have to be flexible with the clients and the customization of their brand. Helping a client figure out their brand and the visuals come to life is truly an amazing feeling.

What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?

Building relationships. When you can keep your word and stay consistent with how you care for the need of your client’s brand, that builds trust. 90% of our clients come from referrals. That is one reason why we do not market heavily or even at all. We know that is bad considering we are a marketing service lol, but it is true. We stay busy or booked off of clientele.

Do you have any insights you can share related to maintaining high team morale?

You have to be consistent. It does not have to be perfect but you do have to be consistent. Have a planned itinerary for how the meetings will go and what you should expect from everyone. When you have a plan for the future, people follow through toward that goal.
