Rey, appreciate you joining us today. We’d love to hear about a project that you’ve worked on that’s meant a lot to you.

Local Music Experience has been an incredible journey! Our vision is to breakthrough the current Music industry with our very own Local Raw Talent. LME’s mission is to bring both fans and bands together through the power of radio! We have single handedly built a one stop shop for bands to submit their music to be aired to our growing audience with the like mindedness to decide whom we like to see rise to the top and take back the industry for the people who are passionate about Local Music!

We believe through hard work, talent and the strength of unity we can bring back the power of the people and decide for ourselves what great music is once again! Because FM Radio just Sucks!

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

We have been able to build a team of Radio Dj’s that represent all genres of our local music! From Rockabilly to Ska and Reggae to Alternative you will be sure to find the very best in Southern California’s musical talent! Along with attending local shows and scouting worthy talent, we have managed to build a network of great people simply by word of mouth and social media. We have grown from hundreds of listeners to thousands in the last few years. Although the journey is rough it is also very promising. The demand to be represented in out truest form will always prevail when it is presented correctly.

How’d you meet your business partner?

This radio station definitely takes a village. Roni C, our main content producer plays a vital roll in most of the day to day tasks, and I credit her with the very foundation of which we are built! I also credit all of our radio hosts for there dedication and tireless hours of work to put together shows for all of us to enjoy. Let me take this time to mention them by name. Kelly and Steve Harms have been the cornerstone of our live shows even before they decided to come on air. Jenna, from Rockin’ Rhythm Radio offers us so much experience and knowledge of our radio industry. Milo C has developed a vast network of contacts and talent. Evil, Magoo and Liz has brought our new dynamic of experience of being on air while offering a new genre of hard rock in their shows. Big A and Smokin’ Sammy have a local comedic background that has proven to be very entertaining with a growing audience. Our very Local Dj Snakebite Sven has a great show offering Honkytonk, Rockabilly and Local Blues bands. All of which hold a very special spot in our LME Family.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?

We rely on our work ethic and our profound integrity to stay true to all of our listeners musicians and radio hosts alike! We feel our passion and dedication speaks volumes as we continue our journey to spread the word of our growing radio station.
