I’m Remicha, but most people call me Remi. As a salon and beauty business owner , I am excited to share my story with you. My journey into the beauty industry began at a young age, as I watched my grandmother work her magic on the ladies in her neighborhood, transforming them into glamorous divas right from her garage salon. This sparked a deep fascination in me, as I eagerly awaited my turn in the chair and marveled at the transformations happening to the clients before me.
Despite this early passion for beauty, it wasn’t until I found myself newly divorced, a single parent, and in my thirties that I decided to leave behind my corporate career and pursue beauty as my profession. It was during one emotional search for an affordable apartment that I stumbled upon a salon location, and in that moment, I discovered not just a space, but also self-sufficiency and regained self-confidence.
That small salon space has grown into four thriving businesses nestled along the 300 block of Main Street in Humble, Texas. Each of these spaces holds a special place in my heart, as they serve as a platform for giving back the self-confidence I found to every salon guest and those who invest in my beauty brands.
