We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Relaxation Station a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Relaxation, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. We love heartwarming stories – do you have a heartwarming story from your career to share?
One of the most heartwarming moments in my work was with a woman named Cheri L. who lives with multiple sclerosis. She scheduled a demo on our InHarmony vibroacoustic meditation bed, and she arrived in noticeable discomfort. She explained that her left hip flexor had been aching for weeks, so much so that she couldn’t even lie flat without pain.
When she first settled onto the bed, the tension in her body was evident. As the soothing sound frequencies and gentle vibrations began to flow through her, something shifted. After a little while, she even turned onto her stomach to let the vibrations really work into that hip. By the end of the session, she turned back over, completely surprised that the pain she’d been feeling for weeks was simply… gone. She lay flat with ease and said she no longer felt the stiffness or ache.
For someone managing MS, even a moment of relief can feel life-changing. Sherry told me how noticeable it was, how it eased discomfort that had been constant, and how it even made sitting afterward feel better. Hearing her describe that sense of relief and seeing the calm on her face reminded me why this work matters so deeply. It’s not just about offering a relaxing experience, it’s about creating a real moment of hope and healing for someone who truly needs it.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
We’re Stefanie Jillian and Michelle Cintron, trauma-informed practitioners and co-founders of Relaxation Station, a mobile wellness lounge created as an antidote to modern burnout. As former corporate professionals, we both know what it feels like to be stuck in constant stress with no time to reset. Our personal journeys from burnout to balance inspired us to embrace holistic practices, and now we’re on a mission to share those tools with others.
Our work combines yoga therapy, sound healing, and vibroacoustic technology to create accessible, science-backed, and deeply restorative experiences. Yoga therapy, for us, is more than just movement: t’s a whole-person approach based on the koshas (the five layers of being: physical, energetic, mental, emotional, and spiritual) and the 8 limbs of yoga, which guide people toward deeper self-awareness, resilience, and integration.
Through Relaxation Station, we bring this work to corporate offices, events, and community spaces, offering vibroacoustic meditation beds, sound baths, breathwork, and mindfulness practices designed to:
-Relieve stress and tension
-Improve focus and mental clarity
-Ease chronic pain and stiffness
-Support trauma recovery and nervous system regulation
-Foster team connection and engagement
What sets us apart is how we integrate trauma-informed principles into everything we do. Whether it’s a high-performing executive, someone navigating trauma or grief, or a team looking for sustainable wellness solutions, we create a space where people feel safe, supported, and empowered to truly relax.
We’re most proud of the real, tangible moments of relief we see. Like Cheri, a client living with MS who shared that after just one session on our InHarmony vibroacoustic meditation bed, her pain and stiffness eased for the first time in weeks. Experiences like that remind us that wellness doesn’t have to be complicated, sometimes just one intentional moment of stillness can shift everything.

Do you have any insights you can share related to maintaining high team morale?
We love to uplift our team and the practitioners who teach with us by giving them the same tools we share with our clients, tools we also actively use in our own lives. We host workshops that help them explore what kind of life they want to create, what type of team they want to be part of, what they want to see from us as leaders, and what values they truly look for in a company.
It’s important for us to learn what their personal needs are, so we can support their growth, not just professionally, but in their personal and even spiritual evolution. In many ways, we act as mentors for our team, helping them develop both inner and outer alignment.
We also root our leadership style in the ethical foundations and ancient philosophies of yoga that guide us to run our business with integrity. By following these principles, we strive to create a workplace where decisions are made thoughtfully, compassionately, and in a way that incurs the least amount of negative karma.
For us, maintaining morale isn’t about superficial perks, it’s about helping our team grow into their best selves, while creating a culture of trust, respect, and shared purpose.

Are there any books, videos or other content that you feel have meaningfully impacted your thinking?
A major influence on our business philosophy is Dale Halaway, a transformational teacher, success coach, and author with over 40 years of experience. His books, Being Called to Change and Transform Your Destiny, explore how the Universal Laws shape our daily lives and teach how to use them consciously as powerful allies in business, decision‑making, and personal growth.
For example:
Being Called to Change helps you recognize when change is knocking and how to embrace it in a grounded, stress‑reducing way.
Transform Your Destiny offers guidance on transcending limiting beliefs, understanding karma, and stepping into your greater potential in partnership with the divine.
These books have directly impacted how we run Relaxation Station, not only in how we design services, but how we lead our team, serve clients, and stay aligned with our business vision. Through Dale’s frameworks, we’ve:
Learned to ask deeper, essential questions, like “Is this decision aligned with our purpose?” and “How are we honoring universal principles in this action?”
Gained clarity on how to implement Universal Laws, like cause and effect, abundance, and intention, in daily operations.
Transformed our approach to business strategy and leadership, anchoring our decision‑making in soulful presence and conscious awareness.
We are deeply grateful for the transformation Dale’s work has brought, not just for us, but for our clients and the teams we support. His guidance has helped us shape a business that’s not only profitable, but purpose‑driven and soul‑aligned.
