We started a touring company using a glass wall floor to ceiling sightseeing truck. If you see one of these trucks, it’s like seeing a unicorn, there are only about 30 maybe in the entire country and we have three here in Nashville Tennessee. We outfitted this vehicle with a custom wooden table for 12 and seating along with an amazing sound system that is inside and controlled by the guests. Interesting decor and hardwood floors.

Let’s move on to buying businesses – can you talk to us about your experience with business acquisitions?

Yes, we have purchased three different businesses over the years inside the same vertical. You have to be careful in the situation is because the person that wants to say their business may not be telling you the truth as to why they want to get out of it. So whenever you are in the process, you need to make sure your patient you don’t rush things and you ask plenty of questions and get direct answers. My fiancé and I are dedicated and very serious entrepreneurs. We own a Vending business we own an advertising company and a company based in downtown Nashville for tourism..

How’d you meet your business partner?

My cofounder is my fiancé. We met 17 years ago at a restaurant where we had a mutual friend and didn’t know it. Our friend grabbed me and pulled me aside and said that I might have a chance to take her out on a date if I pursued it. I was in shock because I thought she was so attractive that I had no chance. Now here we are 17 years later with a three year old multiple businesses multiple properties in a very successful life.
