Regina, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Do you take vacations? Why or why not?

Yes, I take vacations, but PAYCATIONS are my favorite. Taking vacations are very mandatory rather you are an entrepreneur or work for someone else. Always have someone that you trust to run your business while you’re away..

Regina, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

Denise Li is my brand. I am a Fashion Designer/Stylist. I have been fashionable since I can remember. My company provides custom garments for all ages. I do anything from urban wear to elegant. I have been in several magazines, but my first one was Vogue Italian with my famous black wedding dress back on 2018. All though I do design 1 of a kind garments for clients, I also design Collektions which requires more than one of that garment. I am a Creative Director. Majority of my photoshoots for my brand and/or others I am the creative director. I offer to come on set to style you for your shoot/event(s) and create the space.

We’d really appreciate if you could talk to us about how you figured out the manufacturing process.

Yes, I do manufacture my garments. I did not start off manufacturing my garments. I received my Degree in Fashion Merchandising/Marketing years ago, before it was just popular to get a degree., so the marketing part for me was word of mouth. Social media reaches individuals that you may never come across face to face, so that is a major part of my marketing nowadays as well. I went through several vendors before I was completely satisfied with the few that I have now. I’m a quality type of person and that helped me a lot in sticking to the vendors that I have at the moment. QUALITY, Quality, Quality is IMPORTANT.

Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?

I keep in touch with clients through email as well as a business phone.
