Regina, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. We’d love to hear the story behind how you got your first job in field that you currently practice in.
I received my degree in Criminal Justice and immediately following I received my Nail License and starting working in a hair salon
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
The industry in the 90’s was wide open and clients were so loyal business was extremely good and profitable. I’m dedicated to making people look and feel good using the best handmade products to provide relaxation manicures pedicures and facials services. The love for the industry has afforded me so many opportunities to work with people from all walks of life for over 25 years. We pride ourselves on providing professional services each and every visit. The best is yet to come for The Pedicure Loft.
Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?
In 2008 I owned a Hair Salon during the recession I actually had to take job in my field after working for myself for years. The position provided or me and my family and later provided the capital to fund my Foodtruck business.
Training and knowledge matter of course, but beyond that what do you think matters most in terms of succeeding in your field?
The ability to communicate with both my clients and colleagues to find out what’s trending provide new quality services to my Business.
