We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Regina Robinson. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Regina below.
Regina, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Crazy stuff happening is almost as certain as death and taxes – it’s technically “unexpected” but something unexpected happening is to be expected and so can you share a crazy story with our readers?
Seven years ago, I discovered I had built an amazing Business; however the foundation, which was me, was crumbling. For a long period of time in my life I would wake up going from day to day with my eyes open, but the darkness of my failures, fears, doubts and lack of confidence haunted my every move. I was depressed, unhappy, and broken. However, like most women I had learned to mask my pain so well, you would have never known.
It wasn’t until I woke up one day and realized that if I did not snap out of the deep dark hole I had built for myself, not only would I continue to suffer, so would my daughter. I got down on my knees to have an intimate talk and cry with God. You know, one of those ugly cries. I was determined, when I rise that I would no longer judge myself based on my past. It was time for me to stop existing in my brokenness and start living an unbreakable life. The words of the late Maya Angelou reminds us that; “You may encounter many defeats, but you must not be defeated. In fact, it is necessary to encounter the defeats, so you can learn who you are, what you can rise above, and still come out of it on top.”
I knew I had to dig deep within to unveil what was keeping me from being the woman God destined for me to be. I stopped trying to figure it out on my own; I knew I didn’t have all the answers. When you have to face yourself in the mirror the reflection is not always one you are familiar with. The purging season in my life was not easy. In fact it hurt; however, it was the most amazing experience I ever encountered. Why? God allowed me to get to know me. He taught me how to love me. He reminded me that I was more than enough. I made a promise to God that if He allowed me to overcome the depression, self-doubt, fear, and lack of confidence I would share my story with the world.
I am a testament that God can dream a bigger dream for you than you can ever dream for yourself. I could have never imagined that God would use me, a girl from Asbury Park, New Jersey who once dwelled in hiding behind my brokenness to travel the world inspiring women to unapologetically show up and own their confidence. Who Am I?
I am a woman of faith!
I am a mother to an amazing daughter!
I am a woman who rocks to my own beat!
I am a woman learning to love my uniqueness more every day!
I am a woman who is unapologetic about the gifts God has blessed me with!
I am an unstoppable woman on the move for God!
I am just getting started. I have only scratched the surface of what God has in store for me. I will continue to dream; knowing, God is dreaming even greater for me!

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
“If you would have told me seven years ago, God was going to use me to share His goodness with women around the world, I would have said not me.”
As an award winning international transformational speaker, I spread my message around the world as I inspire my audience through laughter and practical principles that empower women to take immediate action in their lives, businesses, and careers. My message is so powerful and impactful, churches, women’s conferences, organizations, and corporations continue to request me for Keynotes, Break-out Sessions, Panels, and workshops. My confidence, style, and message exemplifies why I am a thought leader for women who are determined to own their confidence.
As Thee Inner Confidence Curator, I champion the women’s movement Unstoppable Woman #onthemove. A movement for women of faith who are ready to move from stagnant to unstoppable in their quest to fulfill their purpose in the marketplace.
I am determined to redefine what it means to be an Unstoppable Woman of Faith. Through my books and messages I unapologetically empower, equip and motivate women to unlock their inner confidence, show up, own their greatness, and be unapologetic about who they are as women of God.
As a multi-award winning international author and publisher, I am a Midwife for women authors. I show them how to “Re-Shape their Story” into a Message to create a Movement that’s connected to their Mission allowing them to unapologetically Write Their Book, Speak on Stages and WOW the world with their Story!
As an author and publisher, I realized that the power and impact from the stage is lost if the audience has nothing they can take with them. My books Fearlessly Strutting In Your Confidence and Unstoppable Woman Prayer + Praise + Purpose allows you through self-work, self-assessment, and commitment to become the best version of you. The books will ignite your fire to fall in love with who you are at your core and value yourself in spite of your faults, failures and disappointments. As a writing coach, I remind my authors that there story is not for them but so that others can be inspired to live a life they have been waiting to discover.
Here is a glimpse into the core of my books…
Self-Love – Dig deep today and ask yourself the question do I really love myself or am I just tolerating me?
Confidence – No matter how much I tried to convince everyone else that I was confident when I looked in the mirror I was reminded of my imperfections, disappointments and what I believed to be my failures.
Supporting women through mentorship and authorship as they unveil the hidden connection between their mind, body, and spirit as they become the Unstoppable Woman God has destined for them to become is truly rewarding.
As a leader I am willing to allow my voice to be silent while my actions speak volume. I am unapologetic about my willingness to go ahead of other women as I lead and push them in their quest to finish. As a leader, I show up in my power as I proudly turn on my high beams, exemplifying the power, poise and confidence of knowing that I am Unbreakable, Unapologetic, an Unstoppable as long as I keep God first in my life and business.
As I journey forward, I am remaining consistent with my yes to God. I will continue championing for women and girls around the world. It is my mission to encourage women of faith in the marketplace to unlock their gifts, embrace their calling and own their kingdom purpose as they ignite healing, transformation and wholeness within.
I will continue working with women who desire to share their story through authorship; my 2023 Unstoppable Woman Retreat is coming up this year’s theme is “Show Up For You” as well as I will continue to Ignite My Voice on stages around the world.
Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
Twelve years ago, starting out as a new entrepreneur, I didn’t have anyone to tell me it was not going to be easy. I quickly realized running a business-required resilience. There were times when I made money and there were times I didn’t make any money. I had to be willing to stay the course! My journey was not always easy; however, it was worth it once I crossed the finish line. I understood that every time I crossed the finish line it was the starting point of my next level.
Every day I wake up in Faith believing that God has given me everything I stand in need of as long as I am willing to do the work. My business continues to celebrate full-time success twelve years later, because I understand that my success is not measured by what’s around me it’s a result of my willingness to do the work God has called me to do.
Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?
I had to unlearn that as a woman I had to always have on my superwoman cape. I discovered it was okay as a woman to take off the superwoman cape. Being a woman of many gifts can be a lot to juggle. I learned that having harmony is essential to living a fulfilled life. As a business owner I set boundaries in my life and around my family. Family is first! When I need time to myself to relax and unwind, I crawl up on the couch with my pink blanket and binge watch my favorite shows: Food Network, Chopped, HGTV, Flip That House, Bravo and Million Dollar Listing. I also, put on my favorite gospel music and sing along, and I watch sermons or motivational videos on YouTube. I love to sing. Now, I’m not saying that I am Patti Labelle; however, I love to sing gospel songs around the house, in the shower, and in the car.
It took me a while, in fact, I learned the hard way that taking care of myself is essential. Self-care is no longer an option it is necessary! I can’t pour from an empty cup so I take time to refresh, reset and refuel whenever my body says so. My daily medicine is waking up and encouraging myself through prayer, affirmations, journaling, and worship. I am committed to loving and putting me first!
