We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Regina Leigh a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Regina, thanks for joining us today. How did you learn to do what you do? Knowing what you know now, what could you have done to speed up your learning process? What skills do you think were most essential? What obstacles stood in the way of learning more?

Historically, the archetype tarot divination practitioner was given a gift to read illustrations and interpret cards through psychic insights. Often times, psychic readers were born from family lineage, and the practice was past down through generations. Today, tarot is becoming widely accessible and it’s truley exciting to see the masses tapping into their own abilities to intuitively read tarot. Repetitive practice, open interpretation and study truley helped me hone into tarot effectively. It not only became a practice but a lifestyle. The challenging aspect is keeping the generational influence of the spiritual aspect of tarot alive and understanding that tarot cannot be taught but can only be revealed.

Regina, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

I began my practice at a small boutique called This Magic Life in San Francisco then, was offered an opportunity to write for MJ Magazine. My career launched very rapidly thereafter and I began to build the OG Queen Tarot empire. I now read for celebrities and clients all around the world and my practice has become very lucrative and I’m very thankful.

I enjoy the impact of helping people through the art of tarot and helping guide people in a positive and influential direction.

Tarot is a spiritual tool that is safe and fun! Tarot offers theraputic elements and can also be very lethargic as well as insightful. As a tarot practitioner, I value operating with high ethics, I encourage an open dialog and I provide non judgement and understanding. This allows one to feel safe and heard and that is a major part of why I love what I do.

Where do you think you get most of your clients from?

Many of my new clients come from referrals and word of mouth. This is by far the coolest part of the growth on my business, because it allows you to see the ripple effect throughout the world and the profound impact tarot truley has.

I have had clients who refer friends and family from out of state and country and before you know it I have 3 brand new referrals from London to Asia.

To witness the reach tarot has and how captivating and relative tarot truley is, is by far the heartbeat and expansion of my personal practice.

Is there a mission driving your creative journey?

OG Queen Tarot will be on the map in a major way. There are several upcoming projects and events that will be monumental to the tarot community world wide.

I am currently developing a tarot television program, I am launching major live events and promotions and have offers to be featured on magazine covers throught the world. So stay tuned for more to come!
