One of the biggest and most defining risks we’ve taken was moving from Spain to the United States to follow a dream. We—Lourdes Rosales and Ignacio Lara—co-own Rebel Strings, a company born from our shared vision: to bring electric string performances to the highest level of excellence and creativity.

We left everything behind—family, comfort, and stability—to build something unique in New York, the center of global music and entertainment. We weren’t just relocating; we were betting everything on an idea we believed in with our whole hearts.

At Rebel Strings, we create interactive, high-energy, and elegant electric violin shows, combining music with fashion, stage presence, and visual impact. Our performances are powered by custom-made electric instruments and one-of-a-kind costumes designed to elevate the entire experience.

There was no guarantee that it would work. But today, we’re proud to say that our risk paid off. We’ve built a brand that is trusted by some of the most prestigious clients and event companies in the country. We are Lourdes Rosales and Ignacio Lara, professional string players, performers, and co-founders of Rebel Strings, a luxury entertainment company based in New York. We specialize in high-energy, visually stunning electric string performances for high-end events, corporate galas, weddings, and global brand activations.

Our journey started in Spain, where we both trained as classical musicians and performed for major artists and productions. But we always knew we wanted more—we were driven by the idea of redefining what string instruments could do. We didn’t want to just play music; we wanted to perform it in a way that felt bold, modern, powerful, and unforgettable.

That’s how Rebel Strings was born. We moved to the United States with a vision: to build something original at the crossroads of live music, showmanship, fashion, and tech. New York was the perfect place to do that. It’s the beating heart of entertainment and gave us the chance to create and perform at a world-class level.

Our performances feature custom-made electric violins, exclusive costumes, and choreographed musical sets designed to elevate the atmosphere of any event.
