Rebecca, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Let’s jump to the end – what do you want to be remembered for?

The legacy I plan to build is one that built on accountability, honor, passion, excellence, dedication, innovation, and professionalism. When I am gone, I want to be remembered for my genuine personality. When someone thinks of a profound interaction they have of me, I want it to have some sort of positive significance.

Rebecca, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

I have always been a crafter at heart since I was a child. I love making things with my hands and I find it very therapeutic. I love making events and parties extreme and absolutely fell in love with working with balloons and flowers. I practiced for many years before I decided to dive completely into the industry and it was the best decision I could have made. The solution we bring to our clients is creating a stress free environment that allows them to focus on hosting and enjoying their guests. We handle all of the planning, decorating, and coordinating aspects. We want our clients and their guests to remember how our services made them feel and we are dedicated to continue to leave a positive footprint on every experience we provide.

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?

I found the most effective strategy to growing clientele is to not give up. There were months I went without booking not one single client, but I kept posting content and kept finding ways to market myself and get my name out there. Consistency is key and developing a schedule or routine is very important.

How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?

I like to keep in touch with clients by doing a post event follow-up and send them updates on new inventory or any specials we are running.
