Rebecca, appreciate you joining us today. Before we get into specifics, let’s talk about success more generally. What do you think it takes to be successful?
It takes failure, fear, and unfortunate events to create success. Through trial and error, I have learned as a human being, there will always be a way to overcome. There will always be way to survive. There will always be a way to be successful.
Rebecca, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
Building relationships, Coming from the fashion industry and consistently building wealth through experience of life, I have learned to be authentic. Purely myself. Being honest with your Karma and virtue to help others know they can do it too. Being a runway model and designer sets me apart from everyone because I love to think outside the box. I question authority and I follow my instincts.
I am here to live the beautiful life I am supposed to be living.
I am here to live my life to the Climax.
Have you ever had to pivot?
When I was about 26, I learned who I was becoming. As someone who was deep in the 9-5 lifestyle, I had no time for creativity. For years I pushed away my creative essence. I always let my fears drive me away from my light and always stood dimmed. I thought that’s how I was supposed to be. Until finally I had the opportunity to pivot, and knew who I was. I woke up.
How do you keep your team’s morale high?
Lead by being you. Accept feedback. Try your best to control your emotions especially when it comes to business with others. Learn from your greatness and not your weaknesses. Remember, everyone is your reflection. and if you do not like what is in the mirror, then change your image. Change yourself.
