Rebecca, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Please tell us about starting your own firm and if you’d do anything different knowing what you know now.
Over the years, I have seen many agents, teams and brokerages come and go in this industry due to the everchanging market conditions. As the market began to shift towards the end of 2022, I saw a need in our community for experienced agents with strong negotiation skills and superior work ethic. This lead to the decision to create HELLO LUXURY GROUP with my business partner, Danielle Tringali. Already having a firm grasp on the market as a whole and knowing what would set us apart was key – we knew this would ensure our success in such a competitive space. I always go in to something planning to not only meet my goals, but exceed them! Over the years I have forged relationships with the top professionals in the real estate industry and took note of common factors that lead to success for these agents, teams and brokerages. I have found that open communication and a common goal are the most important aspects to making any team or business work.
My business partner and I have great respect for one another and recognize our strengths and weaknesses. I personally love for everything to be organized and perfect from the start – but growth is inherently messy! One of the things that made our launch so successful was embracing this messiness and allowing the business to grow and evolve without being too strict on what that looked like. When merging together, whether different businesses, personalities, or ideas – it is important to implement standards and procedures while also allowing for that to change as better or more productive solutions come to light. Adaptability is key, along with moving and shifting quickly. The one thing we do not compromise on is our key business ideals and motto – to operate with integrity and honesty and provide the best and highest level or service to our clients.
Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
Since the early age of 14, real estate has always been a passion of mine. Having relocated to multiple states with my parents while growing up, I was mesmerized by the process, all that a real estate agent was responsible for in facilitating the transaction, and how they supported their clients in finding the perfect home. With previous addresses in Mississippi, Missouri, and Nebraska, I decided to make Tampa home after visiting and falling in love with the area in 2010. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Women’s Studies from the University of South Florida. I obtained my real estate license while in college and have been active in real estate ever since.
After spending 7 years with the top team in Tampa as both an agent and Marketing Director, I decided it was time to gain more insight and knowledge in the real estate industry and obtained my Brokers license – quickly earning the Broker Manager position for a local real estate company in 2020. I enjoy being a part of the local Tampa real estate market and over the years have honed my skills to be one of the best in the business!

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
As a true believer in what real estate can do for an individual’s wealth and quality of life, I have committed my career to being the best agent I can be. Working in almost every aspect of the industry at some capacity, I have a broad understanding of what makes the market turn and keep a keen eye on the ever-shifting dynamics.
Agent-to-Agent relationships have always been a top priority in my business, not only for my success but for the benefit of my clients. Negotiations big and small are happening throughout every phase of a transaction and having a good relationship with the agent on the other side is key to a smooth transaction and successful closing. When all parties know they are working with a knowledgeable, honest, professional offering mutual respect throughout the process, everyone wins!
I pride myself on my knowledge and negotiation skills, always coming from a place of understanding that the client comes first and we are all working towards the same end goal. I have enjoyed training other agents, as well, and while I no longer carry that roll, I do still love helping any way I can. A strong understanding of the Florida contracts and local market statistics has given me the reputation as an expert in our industry and I am proud to represent our local and national association as a REALTOR® and advocate for our industry.
Any fun sales or marketing stories?
There is no sale or challenge too big or small! Throughout the shifting market in 2023, this has proven to be the case. As someone who has been in this industry and watched the market from national and local metrics, I have been able to help our clients retain the equity they have gained over the last few years when selling. I ensure they earn top dollar through expert marketing strategies and highly in-depth market knowledge – constantly keeping the pulse on the buyer demand and factors affecting our market.
No two sales are the same, and with this approach I have been able maximize our seller’s profit in less days on the market. For example, one of our sellers came to us within a year of recently buying and fully renovating their home – even above what others in the neighborhood had done. This home was the biggest and most updated house in the area, but with expert digital and print marketing strategies, a solid plan for negotiation and thorough assessment of what our ideal buyer would look like, we were not only able to get them top dollar (including their renovation money back!), but also get it closed within their ideal timeline.
Another situation this year, called for a seller to have a lease back (meaning they would be able to lease the home from the new owner after closing) in order to have the funds to close on their new construction home that was still being built. This is not standard in our current market due to additional contract terms and logistic challenges; however, we were able to procure the perfect buyer, allowing our sellers ultimate ease and comfort during a stressful time. Ultimately each of these sellers greatly benefitted from my years of experience and drive to go above-and-beyond for my clients.
