We were lucky to catch up with Rebeca Medina recently and have shared our conversation below.
Rebeca, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Taking care of customers isn’t just good business – it is often one of the main reasons folks went into business in the first place. So, we’d love to get a conversation going around how to best help clients feel appreciated – maybe you can share something you’ve done or seen someone do that’s been really effective at helping a customer feel valued?

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
My name is Rebeca, I enjoy cleaning and tiding up! I worked for under a year with a known cleaning company for long hours cleaning several homes a day six days out of the week with very low pay and in doing so I learned how to be more productive with clients and my time so, I decided to start my own cleaning company with my visions and ideas that would be beneficial for me and my clients. My clients are commercial, rentals or vacation homes. What sets my company apart is my experience with property owners and home owners alike having excellent customer service and communication skills to know and meet their needs and maintain a great business relationship where we continue to provide services for years to come and even receive referrals. I’m most proud of being a mom and showing my girls that if you work hard they can accomplish anything. I’m also proud of being a latin women business owner and want my future clients to know that satisfaction guarantee is the key!
Can you talk to us about how your side-hustle turned into something more.
While working corporate jobs my side hustles were always cleaning on my spare time before ultimately owning and going full time in the business.
We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
As soon as I finished my day job I would go pick up my girls babysitter make dinner to leave it ready then head out to my after hours cleaning job.
