We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Raven Love a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Raven, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Can you share an anecdote or story from your schooling/training that you feel illustrates what the overall experience was like?
My school life was filled with lots of ups and down, stressful moments to happy moments. Furthering my education made me understand patience, faith, and the importance of nonpartisan. Going to college was definitely a period where I found myself and learned a great deal about myself just by learning aspects and leadership aspects. Most importantly it taught me commitment when you truly want something you give it a 100% until it’s complete and that’s what I did to complete MHA degree.
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

All in One Phlebotomy is a certified learning program for all ages 18 years and older who holds a high school diploma or GED. It’s a great program for those who want to get into the healthcare industry rather that’s to become a nurse, doctor or nurse practitioner phlebotomy introduces them all to anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. It’s only a 4-6 week course available both virtual and in person.
Putting training and knowledge aside, what else do you think really matters in terms of succeeding in your field?
Other than training/knowledge the most helpful advice for succeeding in the medical industry is having compassion and empathy for others. When a patient enters your presence sick or dying don’t allow your thoughts and beliefs to dictate the outcome of the patient treatment. We are all given assignments that God has blessed us with and we must know that it’s his will for us to treat and treasure our gifts with love.
Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
The most effective strategy for growing clientele for me is trusting God that he would see me through and allowing the Holy Spirit lead me. Social media has played a big part of clientele.
