Rashanda, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?

I’ve always envisioned a life where I could create something that not only challenged me but also made a lasting impact, something that went beyond just working under someone else’s direction. The idea of building something on my own terms has been a deep-rooted aspiration. My goal has always been to weave together my love for clothing and my passion for serving others in a way that uplifts individuals and supports the growth of their dreams and ventures.

After years of experience as a business leader in corporate America, I became known for my relentless drive, my commitment to excellence, and my ability to bring out the best in my team. Whether leading through complex projects, navigating high-pressure situations, or setting ambitious goals, I’ve always aimed to leave things better than I found them. This blend of determination and a desire to “apply pressure” has become my mantra, and it’s what I bring to every endeavor I take on.
Now, stepping into my own business, I am excited to merge these passions-clothing, service, and business growth—into a venture that not only fuels my own dreams but empowers others to achieve theirs as well.

My journey began under challenging circumstances. I didn’t come from a background of abundance or ease, and my path was marked by obstacles. But, I always held onto a vision: when the opportunity to change my destiny came, I would seize it—not only for myself, but, also to pave a way for others to rise beyond their circumstances. I knew that if I could create a path forward, I could help others do the same.

Taking my first major step toward this goal, I enlisted in the military, where I learned resilience, discipline, and the importance of teamwork. These experiences became invaluable cornerstones for the path I would later pursue. After my service, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, a milestone that affirmed my belief in the power of education and personal growth. With that foundation, I entered the business world, working with companies whose leadership and vision inspired me to dig even deeper into my potential.

Throughout my career, I had the privilege of learning from exceptional organizations that taught me strategies for success in business. I’ve adopted and refined many of these best practices, and I’ll carry them into my own business. But, I also know that every business has its own unique needs, and with the experience I’ve gained, I look forward to tailoring these strategies, innovating, and creating my own standards of excellence. I’m driven to establish best practices that align with my vision and values, so I can inspire others who work alongside me to grow—both personally and professionally.

Ultimately, my goal isn’t just to build a thriving business but to foster a culture that empowers others to pursue their own journeys of growth. Through the lessons I’ve learned and the ones I’m creating, I hope to leave a legacy of resilience, innovation, and empowerment for those who aspire to create a brighter future for themselves and their communities.

My name is Rashanda Siska, I’m the founder of High Pressure Designs, a business rooted in my love for creative expression, community impact, and entrepreneurship. Since childhood, I dreamed of creating something larger than myself, where I could work on my own terms and pour my heart into something meaningful. It’s been a long and evolving journey that started with humble beginnings and grew through perseverance, education, and a passion for growth—not only for myself, but also for others.

I first stepped into my career through military service, where I learned resilience, discipline, and the value of teamwork—qualities that have become integral to my leadership style. After the military, I pursued a Bachelor’s degree, which served as a springboard into the corporate world. Over the years, I worked in various industries and had the incredible opportunity to learn from organizations known for their strong leadership and business practices. These experiences taught me the ins and outs of business strategy, client relations, and the power of consistent quality, and they laid the foundation for what would become High Pressure Designs LLC.

High Pressure Designs specializes in apparel printing and embroidery, offering custom clothing solutions to businesses, schools, and organizations of all kinds. We provide high-quality, fully customized products that allow our clients to bring their branding visions to life, whether through unique designs, personalized uniforms, or branded apparel that stands out. But, our services extend beyond just delivering a product—we focus on helping our clients tell their stories and strengthen their identities. Are there any books, videos or other content that you feel have meaningfully impacted your thinking?

I am an avid reader and a strong believer of not always reinventing the wheel, so learn from others as much as you can.
