We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Rasha Aimach. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Rasha below.
Alright, Rasha thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Coming up with the idea is so exciting, but then comes the hard part – executing. Too often the media ignores the execution part and goes from idea to success, skipping over the nitty, gritty details of executing in the early days. We think that’s a disservice both to the entrepreneurs who built something amazing as well as the public who isn’t getting a realistic picture of what it takes to succeed. So, we’d really appreciate if you could open up about your execution story – how did you go from idea to execution?
So I always had passion for parties and celebration! Joyful occasion just feeds my soul. So I always helped friends and family throw events and did some of mine and that day just keeps my heart full and going for days to come. So one hot July summer day in middle Georgia, I got a call from a dear friend saying her sweet daughter getting engaged, YAY! We had to celebrate big it is great news. So I ran to the local stores got flowers and she mentioned she wants balloons, got some too and I made an arch for her with those commercial ones. And to my surprise they all starting popping when I got them out side of the car to the heat. Since then I was determined to know why and how to do balloons that they last. after 4 months I did throw another party, with big arch that the balloons didn’t pop! My beautiful friends and family encouraged me to share my talents and just start a business, and I did with their love and support. And stared designing, creating and making magic happened. Here I’m thousands of balloons, ribbons and glue dots. Served hundreds of people. Been in tons of memories. Still going still loving each part of it growing with each project. Looking for more joy, love and peace
Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?
It is not really a lesson it is more of some thing I thought and I had to readjust or get a deep understanding to. It was (run the extra mile for your client)
Defiantly it looks great and positive for a business and a client. But I had to learn that this is not clear and it can get me to misunderstanding and overwhelmed feeling that I don’t need or carry to burden my client with.
So I have a model of business and rules that I do, for setup deliver and pickups, that I always try to stick with I have it clear on my website and my contract. So one day after I finished up with what I have been paid to do and I was clean in my invoice to do, I felt like doing extra for that setup and the client. And added few details that added so much to the setup, and the client was extremely happy. Unfortunately I didn’t inform the client that those details what curtesy from us.
We got booked again by the same clients for same budget same setup, we when there did what we got paid for with no details . And yes I think you can guess the rest of the story. The client was upset that she didn’t receive same thing as last time. It was hard at that point to explain that that were (the extra mile). It was a very tough situation. And yes, we lost that client.

I do it with over the top customer service, with give it them what they paid for, and with giving them the greatest value for what they spend.
No only that, I serve by using the trendiest things on the market, but using the best quality of products.
Love to give everyone a Fabulous experience with us.
What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
I believe it is the quality of work the devotion to make every experience with us joyful. And the attention to details and the client vision and needs, and provide them with our professional option that help elevate their experience each and every time.
