We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Raquel Riley Thomas (Veteran, Captain, U.S Army) . We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Raquel below.
Alright, Raquel thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Do you have any advice regarding quality control and maintaining quality as your brand grows?
As my company, Officer and Gentlewoman, LLC, expanded, I prioritized maintaining quality by implementing rigorous quality controls. Drawing from my experience as a U.S. Army Captain, I instilled a disciplined approach, ensuring every aspect met the highest standards. These controls proved crucial in preserving excellence. One memorable instance was when stringent content review prevented a potential PR misstep, highlighting the effectiveness of our measures. My advice for those navigating quality control amid growth is to establish clear protocols, stay vigilant, and learn from each challenge to continuously refine your processes.
As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
