The journey from idea to launching ResolutionX.io has been a deliberate progression, driven by a vision to innovate within the intersection of technology and human-centric services.

The excitement of crafting a concept that could redefine how businesses integrate AI as a Service and SaaS platforms with top-tier human support services was palpable.
As we navigate the pre-seed stage and focus on developing our software product, our journey has been characterized by meticulous planning and strategic partnerships. Collaborating with industry experts and leveraging insights from early adopters has been instrumental in refining our business model and product roadmap.
Securing initial funding and assembling a dedicated team of technologists and service professionals have been pivotal milestones. Each step forward reinforces our commitment to delivering innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and elevate customer experiences.

My journey began with a deep-rooted passion for both the arts and academics, nurtured by a supportive upbringing. Inspired by my early experiences and driven by a thirst for knowledge, I pursued degrees in Broadcasting and Communication, complemented by advanced studies in business and management at Harvard.
My career path led me through leadership roles in top Fortune 500 companies within the BPO industry and pivotal roles in innovative tech startups.
Today, I’m focused on pioneering the future of customer experience with ResolutionX. As the co-founder and CEO, we’re shaping the landscape with our dual focus: Tech, through a leading-edge SaaS platform currently in the pre-seed stage, and Humans, offering robust contact center and virtual assistant services inherited from RMG. Our mission is to redefine how businesses engage with technology and human expertise seamlessly.
Beyond entrepreneurship, I’m an author, TV personality, and classical crossover soprano, leveraging creativity and strategic insight to push boundaries in every endeavor. By forging alliances with complementary businesses and thought leaders, we’ve expanded our reach and credibility in the market. Simultaneously, our digital marketing efforts, including targeted campaigns across social media, search engine optimization, and content marketing, have enabled us to engage with a broader audience and effectively showcase our value propositions.
Moreover, by integrating advanced technologies like AI and leveraging efficient delegation strategies such as outsourcing non-core functions, we’ve optimized our operations and enhanced service delivery.
