Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Randolph Aka Sirnoc Scott. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Hi Randolph aka Sirnoc, thanks for joining us today. Can you talk to us about a project that’s meant a lot to you?
This project I’m currently working on is to open a facility that teaches youth and adults a trade of their choice, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc. by pursuing grants, sponsors and a go fund me. In my fight to eradicate poverty, I know that this would be a great start. My song “Poverty 3.0” will be the soundtrack for the project.
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
My name is Randolph Scott aka Sirnoc, the cousin of the late Coretta Scott King, the wife of the late Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. My brand and LLC is No Mission Impossible Entertainment LLC, and my mission is to eradicate poverty and uplift people’s consciousness to a higher level with my positive, feel good, uplifting music. I have over 50 awards and letters of recommendation from senators, congressmen, mayors, schools, colleges, house of representatives and more for my service to the community for speaking at many, schools and colleges about staying off drugs, being non-violent and protecting their brains from negative images. My website “Sirnoc.com” is under construction and will be up and running within a month. I am Hip Hop’s Superhero, and I look forward to you becoming my Super Friend by supporting my fight against poverty.
Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
In the industry and genre that I’m in, from my experience the music industry supports hip hop artists that create music about sex, drugs and violence, but for many years, I have held fast in creating music that is positive, uplifting, and motivational because I realize that life imitates art, not the other way around. I know that we as artists create the culture, so with the power of words, I have a great responsibility to influence the world in a positive way.
What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?
Simply with music I am able to change the world for the better as long as I continue to create timeless music that can uplift the spirit of humanity.
