We recently connected with Ramin Waraghai and have shared our conversation below.
Ramin, appreciate you joining us today. We’d love to hear about how you went about setting up your own practice and if you have any advice for professionals who might be considering starting their own?
The journey to establishing my Mind Body Hub in Los Angeles has been both challenging and rewarding. Before opening the Hub, I built a successful online business in Germany, where I developed health insurance-certified online courses designed to help people overcome joint pain and regain mobility. Through these courses, I had the privilege of helping over 10,000 individuals, which gave me invaluable experience and confidence in my approach.
When I moved to the United States, my vision was to create a physical space where I could combine my expertise in health and wellness with cutting-edge technology to offer a truly unique experience. Establishing my practice in Los Angeles required several key steps. First, I needed to find the right location, and West Hollywood felt like the perfect fit. Then, I focused on designing a space that aligned with my philosophy of integrating mind and body health, equipped with advanced tools like 3D movement analysis, muscle activation sensors, and posture technology.
Building a client base in a new country was one of the biggest challenges. I knew I was starting from scratch in terms of building recognition and trust in a new community. However, my prior success in Germany provided a strong foundation, and I approached this transition with the same principles I’d applied in my online business: consistently delivering value and building relationships.
Looking back, there is nothing I would have done differently. Every step, including the challenges, taught me important lessons that helped shape my practice. However, one piece of advice I’d offer to young professionals is to start building interest in your offerings even before you launch a new product or service. Create anticipation, share your vision, and connect with potential clients to build trust and excitement early on.
Starting your own practice requires clarity of purpose, a well-thought-out plan, and a willingness to adapt. The key is to stay focused on your “why”—the reason you’re doing what you do—and let that drive every decision. With the right mindset and preparation, you can overcome challenges and create something truly impactful.

Ramin, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I’m Ramin, and I’m passionate about helping people regain balance in their lives—both physically and mentally. My journey into the health and wellness industry started with my own challenges. Growing up, I was deeply involved in soccer and came close to becoming a professional player. However, injuries changed the course of my life. At 23, I suffered two herniated discs, followed shortly by severe knee arthritis, cartilage loss, and meniscus damage. These experiences not only ended my soccer career but also sparked my determination to understand the human body and mind and how to heal them.
I started my career in Germany, where I built a thriving online business offering health insurance-certified courses for addressing joint pain and improving movement. Over the years, I helped over 10,000 people overcome pain and regain their physical health. My success in Germany gave me the confidence to pursue my long-time dream of moving to Los Angeles, where I opened my Mind Body Hub.
At the Mind Body Hub, I provide life coaching, personal training, and wellness solutions that combine cutting-edge technologies with a holistic approach. I use tools like a 3D movement analysis system, muscle activation sensors, and a posture-correcting shirt called “rectify” to assess and optimize movement and posture in people´s everyday life. These advanced technologies allow me to create highly personalized programs tailored to each individual’s needs. Whether it’s overcoming joint pain, improving posture, or enhancing athletic performance, my goal is to address the root causes of discomfort and help clients unlock their full potential.
What sets me apart is my belief that healing involves rebalancing the body and mind and aligning one’s life with their highest values. I don’t just focus on physical fitness—I work with clients to identify the underlying voids and misalignments in their lives. I also offer tools like a questionnaire on my website to help people discover their true values and uncover their “why.” This holistic approach empowers individuals to heal on multiple levels and live with greater purpose and fulfillment.
I’m most proud of the impact my work has had on others. Whether it’s someone who has gone from living with chronic pain to moving freely again or a client who has discovered their inner confidence and purpose, every success story reminds me why I do what I do.
For potential clients and followers, I want you to know that my work is not just about solving problems—it’s about transformation. At the Mind Body Hub, you’ll find a welcoming space where cutting-edge technology meets personalized care, designed to empower you to take control of your health and well-being. My vision is to build a global community of inspired individuals who are aligned in mind and body and living their best lives.
If you’re looking for more than just a quick fix—if you’re ready to invest in your health, discover your purpose, and unlock your potential—I’d love to be part of your journey

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
There was a defining moment when everything “clicked” for me, and I fully embraced my calling. For much of my life, I struggled with shyness and insecurity—a void I carried on the level of my mind. I often felt unable to express myself or confidently speak up in situations that mattered. This was a recurring challenge, and for years, it seemed like a fixed limitation that held me back as I navigated life’s obstacles and searched for my place in the world.
The turning point came when I discovered the work of Dr. John Demartini. His teachings introduced me to a profound truth: when we align with our highest values and act from that place, we naturally become confident, extroverted, and inspired. I realized my insecurities were not permanent traits but the result of not living in alignment with what mattered most to me. This was a breakthrough moment—it challenged me to step out of my comfort zone and live with greater authenticity and purpose.
Proving my resilience began with this realization. I didn’t become confident overnight; it required effort, consistency, and the willingness to face situations that once intimidated me. I started small, practicing how to communicate and connect with others by focusing on my values—helping people overcome their physical and mental challenges. Each step forward strengthened my belief in myself, and over time, I found that I could naturally speak and act with confidence and clarity. I was no longer defined by the shy, hesitant version of myself but instead became a passionate and empowered individual, eager to share my insights and connect deeply with others.
This transformation didn’t just happen to me—it was something I created through resilience, self-reflection, and determination. The adversity I faced with my insecurities became the foundation of my strength. By overcoming my own mental and physical challenges, I gained the tools to help others do the same. Today, I guide people in aligning their bodies and minds with their highest potential, helping them unlock a sense of purpose and confidence.
Proving my resilience taught me that no challenge is insurmountable. With the right mindset and alignment, we can transform even the deepest voids into opportunities for growth and fulfillment. That’s when everything truly “clicked” for me.

Do you think you’d choose a different profession or specialty if you were starting now?
Here’s the response to that question:
If I could go back, I would absolutely choose the same profession. In fact, I would probably choose it even over becoming a professional soccer player, which was my original dream. While soccer was my passion growing up, the work I do now is far more fulfilling to me. Helping people overcome their physical and mental challenges, guiding them to heal, and empowering them to unlock their potential gives me a deep sense of purpose and satisfaction that I don’t believe I would have found in any other career.
What’s even more rewarding is the opportunity to share my ideas and realizations with the world. Whether it’s helping someone eliminate chronic pain, inspiring them to align with their highest values, or watching them transform their mindset and confidence, the impact of this work goes far beyond individual sessions—it creates a ripple effect that touches lives in ways I never imagined.
Looking back, every challenge I’ve faced—from injuries to personal insecurities—has shaped me into the person and professional I am today. I wouldn’t trade this path for anything else. It’s not just a profession for me; it’s a calling that allows me to live authentically and help others do the same.
