Rami, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Can you tell us about a time where you or your team really helped a customer get an amazing result?
Helping Jaime Duggan Transform Empowered Health Studios
One of the most fulfilling success stories I’ve been part of is Jaime Duggan and her brand, Empowered Health Studios—a wellness coaching business dedicated to helping people regain control of their health through holistic fitness, mindset shifts, and sustainable lifestyle changes.
When Jaime first approached me, she had a powerful mission and a wealth of knowledge in fitness and wellness coaching, but she felt stuck in the tech and marketing maze. She knew she needed a strong digital presence, an online coaching program, and an automated system to scale her impact, but the overwhelming number of options and technical details kept her from making real progress. Like many coaches, she had the expertise but struggled with structuring her brand, optimizing her systems, and creating a clear, strategic marketing plan to reach her ideal audience.
Tech Clarity & A Roadmap to Success
As a Digital Marketing Strategist and Tech Clarity Coach, I help entrepreneurs bridge the gap between strategy and technology. Digital marketing today is more technical than ever, and after years of learning from the best in the industry—including Ryan Deiss, Dean Graziosi, Tony Robbins, and the frameworks of DigitalMarketer—I’ve developed a proven process to simplify and streamline online growth for my clients. My mission is to remove the overwhelm and give coaches the clarity they need to scale their business with confidence.
With Jaime, we worked on:
Brand Identity Development – Clarifying her brand message, mission, and positioning to make Empowered Health Studios stand out.
Website & Funnel Development – Creating a professional, high-converting website that serves as a hub for her coaching programs.
Signature Coaching Program Setup – Structuring and launching her online coaching program with a clear curriculum and engaging content.
Lead Magnet & Email Automation – Developing a high-value freebie to grow her email list and setting up automation to nurture leads.
Social Media & Content Strategy – Establishing a consistent content plan to build her authority, engage her audience, and attract ideal clients.
High-Ticket Offer & Sales Process – Packaging her expertise into a premium coaching program and implementing an effective enrollment strategy.
From Overwhelmed to Empowered 🚀
Jaime went from feeling overwhelmed and stuck to having a fully structured, market-ready coaching business with a clear roadmap for growth. Her website, funnel, and coaching program are now fully optimized, and she has a marketing system in place that continuously attracts and nurtures her ideal clients.
But the biggest transformation wasn’t just in her business—it was in her confidence. Instead of second-guessing the tech and marketing side, she now focuses on serving her clients and growing her impact, knowing she has a system that works.
Why This Matters for Coaches
Many coaches struggle with the tech and marketing side of their business. They have valuable expertise, but without the right branding, systems, and offers, they lose time, energy, and momentum. This is exactly why I created Tech Clarity for Coaches—to remove the overwhelm and give coaches the clarity they need to grow their business with confidence.
Jaime’s success is proof that when you have the right strategy, the right systems, and the right support, you can turn your vision into a thriving business.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
My name is Rami Raidan, and I am a Digital Marketing Strategist and Tech Clarity Coach, specializing in helping coaches and entrepreneurs simplify the technical and marketing side of their business so they can focus on what they do best—serving their clients and growing their impact.
How I Got Into This Industry
I’ve always had a natural talent for technology and digital systems, and over the years, I honed my skills in digital marketing, branding, automation, and business systems. However, it wasn’t until I entered the coaching world with Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi that I truly recognized the huge gap between great coaches and their ability to leverage digital marketing and tech to grow their businesses.
I saw brilliant coaches and entrepreneurs with life-changing expertise, yet many of them were struggling to get their message out there simply because they felt overwhelmed by the technical side of building an online business. I realized that while they were masters of transformation, health, mindset, and business coaching, they often got stuck when it came to things like branding, websites, funnels, content creation, automation, and lead generation.
That’s when I knew I had a gift to share. I felt a deep responsibility to use the knowledge and skills God blessed me with to help these incredible coaches break through their tech challenges, gain clarity, and build thriving online businesses.
This inspired me to create Tech Clarity for Coaches—a system designed to remove the tech overwhelm and give coaches a clear path to growing their business online.
What I Do & The Problems I Solve
I provide a done-for-you and done-with-you approach that helps coaches launch, scale, and automate their business through:
Brand Identity Development – Helping coaches create a clear and cohesive brand that aligns with their mission and resonates with their ideal audience.
Website & Funnel Development – Designing high-converting websites, lead generation funnels, and sales pages that turn visitors into paying clients.
Online Course Creation & Membership Sites – Helping coaches structure, record, and launch their online programs to create scalable revenue streams.
Email Marketing & Automation – Setting up email sequences, lead nurturing campaigns, and sales automation so they can engage their audience on autopilot.
High-Ticket Offer & Sales Process Setup – Assisting in packaging coaching programs into premium offers and creating an effective sales process.
Content & Social Media Strategy – Helping coaches create a content system that establishes authority, attracts leads, and grows their audience.
The biggest problem I solve is removing the frustration and confusion around digital marketing and technology. Many coaches spend months (or even years) trying to figure out how to set up their business online, only to feel burnt out and stuck. My process allows them to skip the tech overwhelm, implement proven systems, and focus on growing their business with confidence.
What Sets Me Apart?
I don’t just teach digital marketing—I build and implement it. Many marketing coaches will give advice but leave coaches to figure out the tech on their own. I provide a done-for-you and done-with-you approach, meaning I not only guide my clients but also help them build their entire digital presence.
I focus on clarity and simplicity. I believe marketing and technology should feel simple, not stressful. I take complex digital strategies and break them down into clear, step-by-step processes so my clients know exactly what to do and why they’re doing it.
I’ve learned from the best. My expertise isn’t just based on trial and error. I’ve studied and implemented high-level strategies from Ryan Deiss, Dean Graziosi, Tony Robbins, and DigitalMarketer, giving my clients cutting-edge marketing systems that work.
I see this work as a mission, not just a business. I believe that when you’re given a God-given gift, it’s meant to be shared. Helping coaches overcome their tech challenges and bring their message to the world isn’t just my career—it’s my purpose.
What I’m Most Proud Of
I’m proud that my work has helped coaches and entrepreneurs transform their businesses, moving from feeling stuck and overwhelmed to having clarity, confidence, and a system that works. Seeing my clients launch their programs, grow their audience, and make a bigger impact is what drives me.
One of my greatest joys is when clients tell me “I finally feel like I have a plan” or “I can focus on my coaching now without worrying about the tech.” That’s why I do what I do.
What I Want Potential Clients to Know
If you’re a coach or entrepreneur who feels like you’re stuck in the tech fog, overwhelmed by digital marketing, or unsure of how to scale your business online—I want you to know there is a clear, simple path forward.
I’ve helped many coaches turn their ideas into thriving online businesses, and I can help you too. Whether you need help with branding, websites, funnels, courses, or marketing automation, I’m here to guide you through the process and make it simple and stress-free.
Because clarity is the first step to scaling your impact.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
Resilience has been a defining factor in my journey as an entrepreneur, and one of the biggest challenges I faced was learning how to market and sell my services while building my new company from the ground up.
Like many business owners, I started with a vision and a passion—to help coaches and entrepreneurs simplify the technical side of digital marketing. But the road to building Tech Clarity for Coaches was anything but easy.
I invested countless hours and resources into learning from industry leaders like Ryan Deiss, Dean Graziosi, Tony Robbins, and DigitalMarketer, determined to master the strategies that truly work. However, during this time, I faced a major financial challenge—I was building a business, but I needed to figure out how to sustain myself and my family while doing it.
Pushing Through Hard Times
In those moments, I had to make a tough decision—I started doing Uber Eats deliveries and Amazon Flex just to keep things moving while I worked on my business. But I never let it slow me down.
Instead of seeing it as a setback, I used every second wisely—while driving, I was constantly listening to audiobooks, online courses, and training programs. I turned my car into a mobile classroom, learning everything I could about marketing, sales, branding, and automation.
Then, one day, everything shifted.
I landed two high-ticket clients in a single day, making over $15,000—more than I had made in months of deliveries. At that moment, I knew that everything I had been working toward was finally coming together. I left behind the gig work and fully committed to my business, using everything I had learned to scale and serve my clients at a higher level.
Turning Struggles into Strength
Resilience isn’t just about surviving the hard times—it’s about using them as stepping stones toward something greater. Instead of seeing obstacles as roadblocks, I treated them as learning opportunities. Every challenge pushed me to refine my process, sharpen my skills, and stay focused on my mission.
Today, Tech Clarity for Coaches is a thriving business that helps coaches and entrepreneurs break through their own struggles—helping them go from feeling stuck, frustrated, and lost in the tech fog to gaining clarity, confidence, and success in their businesses.
One of my proudest moments is seeing my clients launch their programs, grow their audiences, and transform their businesses with the exact strategies I worked so hard to master.
Because resilience isn’t just about getting through tough times—it’s about using them to fuel your success and create something even greater.

Conversations about M&A are often focused on multibillion dollar transactions – but M&A can be an important part of a small or medium business owner’s journey. We’d love to hear about your experience with selling businesses.
Before launching my current business, I was an AT&T Authorized Dealer, owning and operating three cellphone stores in Chicago. While the business provided financial stability, I had no real passion for it. I was simply running the business for a living, but deep down, I knew I wanted something more fulfilling.
The First Transition: Pursuing a New Opportunity in Australia
Realizing that I wasn’t excited about my work, I made the decision to sell my cellphone stores and move to Australia, where I planned to invest in the coffee shop business. However, things didn’t go as planned. Despite my best efforts, I faced unexpected challenges, and the business didn’t take off the way I had envisioned.
The Second Transition: Smoke Shop Business in California
After leaving Australia, I moved to California and invested in a smoke shop business. From a financial standpoint, this venture was a game-changer. Within two years, the business was thriving, and I was making more money than I ever had before. However, something didn’t feel right.
I started questioning the ethics and impact of what I was doing. The smoke shop industry is tied to the larger drug industry, and a voice inside me kept saying, “You can do better than this.” This feeling grew stronger over time, making me realize that financial success without purpose or alignment with my values wasn’t true success at all.
The Turning Point: A Path to Purpose
Right around that time, a friend sent me a YouTube video on self-development. That single video sparked a realization—I wasn’t living up to my full potential. I started diving deeper into personal growth, telling myself, “I can do more, give more, and be more.”
As I immersed myself in self-development, I asked God for guidance and clarity. Soon after, I saw an ad for the Time to Thrive Challenge by Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi. I had never heard of them before, but something inside me told me to join.
That one decision changed my life. Through the challenge, I discovered a whole new world of digital marketing, online education, and purpose-driven entrepreneurship. More importantly, I saw how I could take my natural skills in tech and marketing and use them to help others succeed.
Lessons for Entrepreneurs Looking to Sell Their Business
Follow More Than Just the Money
Selling a business should be about more than financial gain. If a business doesn’t align with your values or passions, it may be time to move on.
Listen to Your Inner Voice
I had financial success with my smoke shop, but deep down, I knew I could do something more meaningful. If you ever feel misaligned or uninspired, trust that instinct—it’s guiding you toward your true calling.
Self-Development Opens New Doors
If I hadn’t invested in personal growth, I may have stayed stuck in businesses that weren’t fulfilling. Learning from Tony Robbins, Dean Graziosi, and other mentors helped me see new possibilities I had never considered.
Be Willing to Pivot
Not every business venture will succeed. My Australia coffee shop investment didn’t work out, but I kept moving forward. Every failure is a lesson that prepares you for something greater.
Your Next Business Should Align With Your Strengths
When I discovered digital marketing, I realized I had a God-given talent that could help others. If you’re selling a business, think about what’s next—what are you naturally great at? What impact do you want to make?
Final Thoughts
Selling my businesses wasn’t just about financial gain—it was about finding clarity, purpose, and alignment with what I was truly meant to do. Today, I help coaches and entrepreneurs overcome the same struggles I once witnessed—helping them build successful online businesses without the overwhelm.
For any entrepreneur considering selling a business, my advice is this: Align your work with your passion, trust the process, and never stop growing. Your next chapter may be the most fulfilling one yet.
