Railey, appreciate you joining us today. Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?

As a Love Educator, my mission is rooted in a deep desire to minimize societal suffering and generational trauma. I am committed to breaking the cycle of ignorance that perpetuates harmful relationship patterns and empowering individuals to create positive change in their lives and communities.

Being abandoned at birth by my father, I learned early on the importance of breaking these toxic cycles. My journey has taught me that poor relationships can be far-reaching and long-lasting, affecting individuals and entire generations. That is why I am dedicated to providing education and resources that enable people to build healthy, fulfilling relationships that can withstand the test of time.

Love Education is the key to unlocking a world where individuals feel seen, heard, and valued. By teaching relationship intelligence, I aim to help people develop the emotional and interpersonal skills needed to navigate the complexities of modern life and build solid and resilient connections with others.

Through my work, I aim to inspire a new generation of thinkers, communicators, and leaders committed to creating a brighter future for all. Whether through personalized coaching, keynote speaking, or community building, my mission remains to empower individuals with the knowledge and tools they need to create a life filled with love, joy, and meaningful connections.

Railey, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

I experienced a remarkable journey to become the world’s first Love Educator and Relationship Intelligence expert.

Growing up without the support of my parents wasn’t easy, but it ignited a passion in me to help others. I wanted to understand the intricacies of relationships and how to make them thrive. I began my studies with a deep curiosity, exploring various resources, including books, seminars, and workshops, and became fascinated by how people could build and maintain healthy relationships.

With years of hard work and dedication, I’ve become a successful multiple-six-figure boss, and my brand is all about passion and wisdom. I offer personalized coaching, keynote speeches, and community building, all to share my knowledge and empower others. I’m proud to say that my impact on others has been profound, and I’ve helped many people make remarkable shifts in their lives and live more empowered and authentic lives.

My flagship program, the Power Couple PhD, guides couples to create thriving relationships. I focus on the principles of communication, trust, and understanding, helping couples develop stronger bonds and deeper connections. My business mentorship program, Scale to 6, teaches entrepreneurs to integrate relationship intelligence into their businesses to earn and serve more. When entrepreneurs embrace the power of relationships, they unlock their full potential and create more fulfilling lives.

Overall, I’ve helped many people create lives they love, and everyone has the power to live authentically and luxuriously. My unique approach combines passion and wisdom, empowering others to take control of their lives and create meaningful connections with others.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?

When I think about my past, I am reminded of the little infant abandoned by her father and left to sleep in the snow. My mother and stepfather raised me in an abusive and neglectful household, and by the time I was sixteen, I knew I needed to leave. I had no idea that the trauma I had experienced would follow me, but I was determined to create a new life for myself.

One day, I sat in a hotel room, contemplating ending my life. I threw myself into my studies and eventually earned two degrees. I got a house and a car and even invested in the stock market, but despite my outward success, I was still struggling. It was at that moment that I had an epiphany.

I realized I didn’t want to die; I just wanted the suffering to end. I was tired of feeling like a victim and disconnected from myself and others. I chose to fight for a better life, one that was empowered and connected. Along the way, I discovered that there needed to be a relationship intelligence that society had failed to equip people with.

I became obsessed with learning everything I could about building healthy relationships with myself and others. I read every book I could find, attended workshops, and sought out mentors who could guide me. And slowly but surely, I began to transform my life. I realized I wasn’t the only one struggling to build healthy relationships. I decided to share what I had learned with others.

I am passionate about helping people build the relationship intelligence they need to thrive. My past may have been filled with pain and trauma, but I refuse to let it define me. I am resilient, and I am determined to use my experiences to help others find their strength and resilience

What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?

Relationship intelligence is the heart and soul of growing my clientele. It’s not just a set of skills or tasks to check off a list. It’s how I connect with my clients, understand their needs, and inspire them to achieve their goals. I’m passionate about using self-awareness to uncover my purpose and vision and self-management to prevent burnout and stay focused on what truly matters.

Regarding relationship awareness, I go above and beyond to understand my audience truly. I listen to their stories, ask questions, and empathize with their challenges. This helps me tailor my services to meet their unique needs and communicate with them in a way that resonates. And when it comes to relationship management, I take pride in going the extra mile to build trust and inspire loyalty. I’m always looking for ways to add value, whether that means providing exceptional service or simply checking in and seeing how they’re doing.

Relationship intelligence is not just a strategy for growing my business; it’s a way of life. The most significant relationships are built on trust, respect, and empathy; I strive to embody these qualities in all interactions. Whether working with a new client or building a long-term relationship with an existing one, I’m committed to delivering exceptional service that exceeds their expectations. Nothing brings me more joy than seeing my clients succeed and knowing I was part of their journey.
