We were lucky to catch up with Rachel Williams recently and have shared our conversation below.
Rachel, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. What do you think it takes to be successful?
I have always believed that when you treat others the way you’d like to be treated, both in life and in business, then people will feel more comfortable with you and you will be able to grow a level of trust that may otherwise be unattainable. It is easy to do this job well when you respect those who have decided to hire you to represent them in one of the most valuable transactions they will complete in their lives. It’s easy to be responsive, responsible and to go above and beyond when you love what you do!
As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
Rachel Williams has earned her spot as a co-team lead of the real estate group, The Home Solution Team, through her hard work and dedication to both her clients and her understanding of real estate.
She has helped in over 150 transactions for both buyers and sellers and has been relentless in her effort to make sure she represents her clients to the best of her ability and make sure the transaction is personal. She has helped other agents to find success and supported them in their effort to have a solid understanding of real estate practices and client support.
Prior to getting into Real Estate, Rachel taught High School Biology, AP Biology, and Anatomy & Physiology. She has a love for learning and loved teaching and coaching in the High School Setting. After deciding to move their family to Utah, Rachel’s husband encouraged her to explore Real Estate and a spark was ignited!
Since getting into Real Estate, Rachel has worked hard to be the best representation for her clients with both integrity and support. She has been recognized as a top 500 Agent by the Salt Lake Board of Realtors, earned a “Daybreakie” award for being the Top Volume Outside agents for Daybreak, has earned numerous “Million Dollar Month” awards and the Realtor Distinguished Service award. You may recognize her for her guest appearance on Good Things Utah and her regular spot on ABC4 Real Estate Essentials. She works tirelessly to be the best realtor she can and be a great representation of her field.
Not only is Rachel a realtor, but she is also a wife to her husband Ryan and a mom to three beautiful children. She works hard so she can enjoy quality time with her family because they support her in all of her endeavors. She also enjoys down time with friends meeting up for coffee, a meal, nails, and bunco. She will make your priorities her priorities and your transaction personal.
We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
In this challenging real estate climate we are currently in, many agents have decided to look for work in other industries. Rachel has found this as an opportunity to foster her relationships with current and past clients and find ways to better represent her clients and herself in this ever evolving real estate market. Rachel prides herself on being honest and transparent with her clients, helping them to make the best financial decisions for themselves, putting her best interests behind those her her clients. She truly wants what is best for those who she has the opportunity to work with and serve, so she will continue to mold herself to the market to allow herself to best serve those who put their trust in her.
What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
In a time where automation has become so prevalent, many seek out and yearn for human interaction. I always make myself available to my clients. When I say that I am going to do something, I always deliver and I set expectations as to what to can and should be happening. It is due to the fact that I am reliable and responsive that I have people who trust me and are confident that they can refer their friends and family to me and they will get the same level of care. Everyone receives the same level of care, and my reputation reflects that!
