Before founding A Perfect Fit, I saw a significant gap between nutritional guidance and conventional meal preparation services. To truly empower individuals to achieve their nutrition goals, it’s essential to assist them in translating recommendations into actionable steps. This realization birthed A Perfect Fit, where we act as the bridge between dietitians and chefs, removing the ambiguity from personalized meal preparation.
When we meet with a new client, we emphasize that our aim extends beyond merely preparing gourmet meals; we aspire to become an integral part of their family. We envision being present in the kitchen, sharing knowledge on ingredient sourcing, and even passing down culinary skills to children, fostering the tradition of family dinners. After graduating from Texas A&M University with a degree in Health and Kinesiology, I began my career in sports performance and personal training. Alongside my professional endeavors, I took up the sport of bodybuilding, discovering firsthand the profound influence of nutrition on both physique and overall well-being. This journey ignited my passion for healthy cooking, leading me to share my culinary expertise as a personal chef in the community of St. Louis.
As demand for culinary services surged, I expanded our team, fostering growth year after year. At A Perfect Fit, we offer more than just premium meal preparation; we curate comprehensive solutions including grocery shopping, meal planning, special event catering, and nutritional counseling. Our mission is to alleviate the complexities of healthy eating, granting our clients the precious gift of time amidst their busy schedules.
