We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Quionne Scott Matchett. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Quionne below.
Hi Quionne, thanks for joining us today. Do you think your parents have had a meaningful impact on you and your journey?

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
Below is my bio but here are some answers that should provide further clarity,
As a Reset Coach, I help women live in recovery and not regret. I inspire them to break free from their past and not let it limit their potential. We can always start over again and I teach women the steps to bounce back and begin again.
I am also a teacher of the power of prayer to impact and transform your mindset and life. Prayer and meditation on God’s word is also a strategy for rest and self-care.
My warmth, compassion, transparency, vulnerability sets me apart from others. I don’t teach my clients anything I haven’t set in place in my own life. I share my pain, loss and disappointments to show them how none of that limits our future unless we allow it.

What’s been the best source of new clients for you?
The best source of new clients are current or previous clients. In other words, referrals are powerful. When you treat your clients well, they are inspired to tell others about your services. I’ve found it beneficial to be relational and not transactional. When we steward relationships well they will continue to multiply. My clients are more than sales and dollar signs, You have to identify your client’s need and find a solution but that relationship should continue to be cultivated beyond the completion of the transaction.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
