Hi Quinline, thanks for joining us today. Almost all entrepreneurs have had to decide whether to start now or later? There are always pros and cons for waiting and so we’d love to hear what you think about your decision in retrospect. If you could go back in time, would you have started your business sooner, later or at the exact time you started?
I wish I had started my business sooner than later. For many years I have dreamed of becoming a Beauty and Fashion Professional. I believe my desire to be in the space began when I was around the tender age of 8. I would go with my mother to the Beauty College “Espanolas Beauty College” Located in Houston, Texas. Espanolas Beauty College is a Historical Black Beauty College like Franklin Beauty College.
My mother went on to pursue her Career as a Cosmetologist, then went on to become a Cosmetologist Instructor. My mother also had a love for Fashion. So, I know exactly where my Passion for Fashion came from. I love Beauty and Fashion it was born in me, and it was meant for me to pursue these two Career Industries. It’s nothing like doing what you love and loving what you do. It is like a Dream Come True.
Like Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr said “I Have a Dream”. Quoting “If you can’t fly then run if you can’t run then walk, if you can’t walk then crawl, but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward.” Whatever I do I will keep moving forward. For me, the road has been very rocky, curvy, and sloppy but l will keep moving forward. Thanks for allowing me to share my BackStory with your Viewers and Community!

Our Vision is to emotionally stimulate and boost our customers’ character, confidence, and personal magnetism both mentally and physically. My Dream and Desire are to utilize my professional skills, education, knowledge, and experience as a Beauty Professional to restructure the way we see the Beauty Industry. I have a passion to pursue a Career that will define who I am as a woman both on the inside, and out. My purpose is to Influence other women to pursue their visions and dreams. Most of all to know how beautiful and powerful they are. Many of us don’t know our worth and value. My Dream is to create Natural Skincare Products that are safe and healthy for my Customer’s Skin. I had to Illustrate my resilience while working on the Executive Team of Excel Magazine International and Coble Studio. I had to multi-task using my skills as an Executive Professional/Beauty Professional. While working with these two Companies I was able to utilize all that I had learned over the past 11 years as a Beauty Professional.
We had various projects that we were working on that required my Skills and knowledge in Beauty/Fashion. Whilst working with the Models/Actresses and Actors on the Production Set I did make-up, hair styling, and wardrobe, while also assisting with the Film Production/Photo Shoot Setup. It was a memorable experience.
I must say that working on these projects enabled me to showcase my Skills, Talents, and Knowledge of Professional Makeup Artistry. Everything that I have mastered throughout the years of working and training to be a Beauty Pro has paid off. Now it’s time to Pave It Forward! As they say, “Rome Wasn’t Built in a Day.” Meaning every day that you put into your career is important and builds it up. But patience is the Key to Winning the Race.

Building a Social Media presents takes time and most of all patience. Nothing grows overnight but over time. You must capture the eyes, hearts, and minds of your audience by being creative and captivating. You have to offer something to your targeted audience like a problem solver rather it is a product or a service. You must know who your targeted audience by age, gender, income, location, and employment is.

Here are 7 Tips you need to use when doing your research.

First, you need to understand what you are trying to achieve. Do you want to sell a product or a service, increase awareness or call people to action?
Second, You need to utilize an existing market reach report,
Third, create an online questionnaire for your product or services because consumers are looking for quality rather than quantity.
Fourth, Identify the problem that your products or services are solving and analyze your products or services.
Fifth, Find your niche. Even if what you do or what you sell is like your competitors, identify the unique features that serve the specific customers you want.
Sixth, Research and Check to see who your Top 10 Competitors are.
Seventh Choose specific demographics to target. Demographics such as age, gender, education level, occupation, and family situation can help you determine what your customers need and what they’re willing to spend.
