Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Queen Cole . We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Queen , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Do you wish you had started sooner?
I have always been a creative. Hosting/coordinating events and even making gift baskets for family, friends, and for a brief time as a business. At that time I was working a full time job, a busy mom, and wife. I was spread thin and life was fast.
Fast forward to now I’m a solopreneur, single woman with young adult children. I trust that Gods timing is always right. I have deadlines, obligations, a narrow perspective (compared to Him) and those previous creative times I count them as practice!
Life circumstances have been challenging but God has always made a way of teaching me and blessing my life in ways that I can’t imagine.
Right now it’s about creating a life I don’t need a vacation from.
Queen , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

: Is there a particular goal or mission driving your creative journey?
Me being an Accountability Coach and also creating The I AM Academy both share the same mission.
To help women through one stage of life or another.
Are you thinking about switching careers? Are you contemplating leaving a serious relationship? Do you want to buy a new house, start a family, or even open your own business? No matter your age, life transitions are a normal part of our developmental processes.
Change can be as exciting as it is terrifying. However, with the right mindset and support you’ll be able to cope with these adjustments with grace and gratitude.
The great part is you don’t have to navigate these transitions alone. Turn to your support network in the I AM Academy.
Social support is one of the most significant keys to successfully managing change. Even an online community of people going through similar experiences can give you an emotional boost, as well as some practical tips.
For you, what’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative?
The most rewarding aspect of being an Accountability Coach is the progress that I see clients achieve.
When they make self care a priority and apart of their everyday lives, it warms my heart.
Another rewarding aspects is when women join the I AM Academy and don’t have to worry about “sounding good” or “appearing brave.”
They just show up and be honest about what’s going on because it’s a safe space for them to speak freely and candidly is another rewarding factor.
