We were lucky to catch up with Quashanda Washington recently and have shared our conversation below.
Quashanda , thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?
I go into Crime Ridden, Poverty Communities to inspire, motivate, and to get the talent out those areas
Quashanda , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
https://thebeesmartmovement.org/ I am a very passionate hardworking dedicated to helping All people , cultures, and races in poverty areas become the best version of who they are, I push others to use there talent , I push others in poverty areas to overcome poverty. I Also inspire others to invest in those poverty communities, and to bring businesses in those areas to employ people from those areas.
Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
On this business journey to help people from low income area, bring businesses in these low income areas, and to get people involved with investing in others from these areas , I have had times I missed sleep, had no help, had no payroll, I have had times I couldn’t even support myself, but I push through because I knew this message and mission had to be done.
Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?
I had to quickly unlearn the idea of everyone will support my vision, dream, business, and ideas. I had to quickly learn that I am in control of my dream , my business, and I must work hard to get the word out , Had to quickly learn I will have to also inspire and Motivate myself just as much as I pour into others.
