Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Qolett Richardson. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Qolett , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. What’s the best advice you ever gave to a client? How did they benefit / what was the result? (Please note this response is for education/entertainment purposes only and shouldn’t be construed as advice for the reader)
The best advice I’ve ever given a client is this: Stop following other archetypes and become your own. It resonated so deeply that I’ve since shaped a large part of my coaching practice around this principle.
In today’s world, there’s no shortage of messaging about how to fit into someone else’s mold. Especially for women. There is a continued push to make sure we remain “agreeable” and “compliant.” Whether it’s being ‘high value,’ hyper-feminine, or another prescriptive archetype, the focus tends to be on adopting an external identity rather than cultivating authenticity. I realized early in my career that these approaches were missing something crucial—teaching women how to optimize and trust their unique, inner power.
This shift in my practice was a response to a major gap in the coaching industry. Who is teaching women to tune into their purest nature and build a life that honors and amplifies it? That’s where transformation truly begins—not just for the individual, but for communities and beyond.
When women embody their authentic power, they stop living by someone else’s rules. They create lives that are aligned, abundant, and deeply fulfilling. And when a collective of women does this, they change the world. It starts with learning to trust your uniqueness and allowing it to guide every aspect of your life.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
My name is Qolett. Some of my clients call me their “professional bestie.” Ive also been called the “the archetype architect.” I’m a life coach with a mission to help women reclaim their authenticity, step into abundance, and ultimately achieve true freedom in their lives. My journey into coaching wasn’t something I planned, but rather something that evolved naturally over time.
I’ve always been deeply passionate about personal growth and empowerment, even from a young age. My background includes mentoring as early as middle school, which later evolved into professional coaching as I realized the immense satisfaction I get from guiding others to their highest potential. My own experiences with personal transformation—breaking free from societal expectations, embracing my unique identity, and learning how to manifest the life I wanted—have deeply shaped my approach to coaching.
Through my work, I offer one-on-one coaching, digital courses, challenges, and workbooks, all designed to help my clients reconnect with themselves, build their confidence, and create lives they’re proud of. I specialize in helping women let go of limiting beliefs, step outside the molds they’ve been taught to fit into, and instead create lives aligned with their truest selves.
What sets me apart is my bespoke approach. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Each client I work with is unique, so I co-create strategies tailored to their specific needs and dreams. I also focus heavily on what I call “radical authenticity” — helping women fully own and celebrate who they are, unapologetically.
I’m most proud of the transformations I’ve witnessed in my clients’ lives. Watching women not only achieve their goals but also rediscover their power and purpose is the most rewarding part of my work.
If there’s one thing I want people to know about me and my brand, it’s this: I’m here to help you become your own archetype, not fit into someone else’s version of success. My work is about helping you live life on your own terms, with the confidence and clarity to make it happen

What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?
A lesson I had to unlearn was the belief that there’s a specific formula or set of rules I had to follow to be successful in business. Early on, I had so many ‘shoulds’ in my mind: I should have a perfect plan, I should know all the answers, and I should wait until everything was just right before taking a leap. These beliefs held me back for longer than I’d like to admit because they made me hesitant to take the risks necessary to achieve the success I envisioned.
The turning point came when I realized that these so-called ‘rules’ were self-imposed limitations. The only true ‘rule’ is this: You are capable of achieving whatever you are willing to work for. Once I rewired my mindset to focus on my capabilities rather than my perceived limitations, everything shifted. The self-doubt dissolved, and I was left with just one question: What am I willing to do to make it happen?
This lesson hasn’t just transformed my own life; it’s become a cornerstone of my coaching work. Many of my clients come to me with incredible dreams but no close examples of anyone who’s achieved what they’re envisioning. As a result, they often have more reasons in their minds for why their dream can’t work than why it can. I use my own journey to guide them through dismantling those limiting beliefs and stepping into their full potential.
Unlearning those ‘rules’ has been a gift because it allows me to help others do the same, and seeing their transformations inspires me every day.

Have any books or other resources had a big impact on you?
One of the most impactful books I’ve ever read is Outwitting the Devil by Napoleon Hill. This book fundamentally shifted my perspective on life and business by introducing the concept of “drifting.” Drifting is essentially living life without intention—letting external circumstances dictate your path rather than actively steering your life in the direction you want it to go.
What struck me most was the realization that life isn’t just a random series of events happening to us—it’s a direct reflection of our choices, habits, and the environments we place ourselves in. Outwitting the Devil taught me that by choosing these elements intentionally, you can completely alter the trajectory of your life. That idea became not only a cornerstone of my personal philosophy but also a foundational element of my coaching practice.
For me, this concept wasn’t just enlightening—it was essential for building my business. Entrepreneurship demands intention, structure, and the ability to “happen to life” rather than letting life happen to you. Learning to overcome the habit of drifting helped me make aligned decisions, maintain focus, and take bold actions that moved me closer to my goals.
I recommend this book to anyone who feels stuck or wants to reclaim agency in their life and business. It’s a powerful reminder that we are in charge of our destinies, and it’s never too late to take control.
