Prince, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. The more we talk about good leadership the more we think good leadership practices will spread and so we’d love for you to tell us a story about the best boss you’ve had and what they were like or what they did that was so great?
Growing up I had a few jobs worked at McDonalds, Marble Slab, few restaurants but my father owned his own sign company so I always was around and worked for him. He taught me so much about business, making money, how to deal with clients, how to stay creative and more. I always came late left early go do things while on the clock, I was young and my father was the boss so I didn’t care much. I learned so much. My Father was definitely the best boss I ever had.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers
I came up working for my father in the sign business and I branched out in 2010 to start my own company WorldWidePrintShop.com I also started investing my finances in the Stock Market & Cryptocurrency. I am also a Turo Host a company which rents out vehicles. Amazon market seller & also getting into the Airbnb space. Always open to new opportunities if the position is right I’m all ears.

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?
I went through a rough background growing up I was always struggling. Never had money always broke. In and out of Jail. Heavily addicted to drugs. I had to learn that no one owes me anything and if I really want it I must leave my past behind. Unlearn old habits & forgive myself for the things I did. MNumber one to surrender my life to Jesus Christ my Lord & Savior who paid the price for me. Because of him I am set free and now living where I want to be.

How did you build your audience on social media?
Im still working on increasing my following but am grateful for every one of my friends and followers. I started noticing more of an increase in followings when I started doing my comedy skits. I believe in order for someone to follow you, you’ve got to give them something to benefit their lives whether its motivation, inspiration, knowledge, comedy, how to’s etc.. That’s the major key to building your social media and audience.
