Pollyanna, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. We’d love to hear how you think where to draw the line in terms of asking friends and family to support your business – what’s okay and what’s over the line?

The reason my business does as well as it does is because of friends. family, and former clients. Word of mouth is the basis of building my name. When I provide excellent service, people want to share me as a resource to help them plan their Disney or Universal vacation. I constantly post on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok so that others consistently see my name associated with this service. Referrals speak volumes. I have a high standard to live up to and it motivates me to continue to provide concierge service.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

My love for Disney may literally run through my blood with a name like Pollyanna. How could I not love everything Disney after being named after a Disney character? As a child, I visited the Walt Disney World® Resort a handful of times. It wasn’t until my husband and I took our two young boys to Walt Disney World® that I became a true Disney fan!

Walt Disney once said, “You can design and create, and build the most wonderful place in the world. But it takes people to make the dream a reality.” I have a passion for all things Disney related, and I want to help you experience a magical vacation. I have hands on knowledge about vacationing at the Walt Disney World® Resort, which enables me to help plan the perfect vacation for you. I have experienced the parks over the years as an annual passholder and have stayed at numerous Disney resorts. My family vacations at Walt Disney World® several times a year so I understand the importance of traveling on a budget and making the most of the time together.

I can help you plan any Disney destination vacation and Universal. It is my job (and my joy) to help customize your vacation specifically for you. I listen to your needs and help create a dream vacation just for you. I spend my time researching and keeping up to date with all of the changes. I work for you and will do all I can to save you money, provide all of the tips and tricks, and support you throughout the entire process. My clients can call, text, or email whenever needed. Can you tell us the story behind how you met your business partner?

I met Kristin through a fellow Tink’s agent. I was in Walt Disney World leading student groups through a leadership program I had created. We became friends and I followed Tink’s page. I have always loved planning my Disney vacations and helping others plan theirs. I spent time talking with Kristin and soon realized that her business was well organized and Tink’s agents worked as a team. It was a good fit for me so I began working with Tink’s Magical Vacations in 2019.

How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?

Tink’s Magical Vacations does a great job of truly getting to know our clients. We form relationships while planning vacations. My clients have my cell number so I am always right at their fingertips. I include client leads and clients in emails that explain new promotions, important upcoming dates, and reminders. I invite all client leads and clients to follow me on social media to keep in the know as well.
