We were lucky to catch up with Pollethe Ramirez recently and have shared our conversation below.
Pollethe, appreciate you joining us today. Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?
Whatever is it that you’re doing- have a passion for it and love what you do!
I’m always looking for creative opportunities that can be improved and simplified. If it’s easy to understand and/or use for me, it might be for someone else as well. With anything I do, I strive to maintain transparency with my audience and this has helped me gain their trust.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
My name is Pollethe Ramirez-Flemming and I live in Miami, Florida. I’ve specialized in Digital Marketing for over five years and I’v had the opportunity to work with world renowned companies. This has allowed me to learn and understand different audiences, businesses, and applied it to my own.
Although my passion is and continues to be in marketing, in 2020 I had the opportunity to launched my first business in skin care. I know, totally different but I was struggling to find clean skincare products that were actually beneficial to my skin- so I started to conduct my own research, tried different formulas, and took off from there. After six months of this, I finalized a product that I felt confident in and I establish the business, then later launched. Oh, I failed to mention I launched CLARI Skin Care during the pandemic..
With any business, you’ll experience your wins and challenges. One thing that I’m most proud of, is the fact that I kept going even while the world was going through so many uncertainties. It was very challenging but it motivated me, more than I ever imaged it would.
How did you build your audience on social media?
Businesses should take advantage of social media. It’s an organic growth that increases your chances to reach your target audience. Because my background is in digital marketing, I focused on different marketing avenues and social media was one of them. The advise I would give is to focus on the ‘why’ rather than pushing for the sale.

Are there any books, videos, essays or other resources that have significantly impacted your management and entrepreneurial thinking and philosophy?
I always say I’ll forever be a student in life. Even after graduating with my MBA, I’ve continued to take online trainings, courses, and enjoy reading books. A few motivational books that impacted me are Lean In and Rich Dad Poor Dad. Not only are they motivational but they help you reflect and really expand your mindset.
