We were lucky to catch up with Pisceze recently and have shared our conversation below.
Pisceze, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. If you could go back in time do you wish you had started your creative career sooner or later?
I believe I started at the best time. I started songwriting for artists in 2019 and would record music for fun here and there. Seeing the process of how an artist made music inspired me, how songwriting was healing in what I was going through and saw how it helped others. Music was an inspiration of passing energies to an audience to feel good and feel like you could be there for them through the music. Pisceze came about as I’m super into astrology and I’m a Pisces – being highly intuitive and sensitive are traits of myself that I feel led me to the original music meant to touch my fans.
As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
Singer, songwriter, producer and gamer! pisceze derives from my astrology sign. I’m a true pisces, we’re known to be in tune with our emotions. We are very intuitive and empathetic. We are natural healers… when I started making music I saw how it helped others and that’s why I decided to name myself pisceze. I feel the most aligned and true when I’m making music. My number one inspiration comes from love, it’s super universal at the end of the day and there are many ways to show love and interpretations of what love is. Whether it’s a friend, platonic, relationship, or family. My creative process consists of taking what I go through and applying that to my music. Some days where I’ve had a few drinks, vibing out, and making music like I’m a superstar and that brings out the energetic tracks like Superstar. Other times I am in tune within my own emotions or the energies of those close to me and that influences tracks like Heartbreak and other more vulnerable songs. I use a lot of layers and build out my songs to be full. Full of energy, full of love, full of vibes.
What do you find most rewarding about being a creative?
Sharing your victories with your team, and feeling everyone resonate with the same energy as you—it’s one of the purest and most genuine experiences.
Is there a particular goal or mission driving your creative journey?
Yes, I’ve launched my own label called ENRGYMOVEMENT. I created it as a platform for creatives like myself to showcase their talent and bring attention to these individuals. Our goal is to foster collaboration, share networks, and connect creative minds, ultimately helping each artist reach their full potential and make a meaningful impact in the industry.
