Hi Piotr, thanks for joining us today. Was there a moment in your career that meaningfully altered your trajectory? If so, we’d love to hear the backstory.
In 2012, I faced a life-altering challenge—cancer. Sixteen rounds of chemotherapy tested me in every way possible, but it also awakened something profound within me. During that period, I discovered the power of breath, mindfulness, and the deep connection between the mind, body, and healing. It was no longer just about surviving; it became a journey of transformation.
Through my own healing journey, I realized that breathwork wasn’t just a tool—it was a gateway to healing trauma, overcoming limiting beliefs, and unlocking our fullest potential. I became my own first student, learning to regulate my nervous system, shift my mindset, and embrace a level of self-awareness I had never tapped into before.
This experience changed everything. It became my mission to help others heal, not just physically but emotionally and mentally. I transitioned from corporate roles to creating MiFit Coach—Mindful Fitness, integrating breathwork, movement, and self-awareness into my coaching and retreats. I started hosting “Unpack Yourself” events, leading transformative retreats worldwide, and working with corporations to integrate well-being programs into their culture.
Lessons Learned
Your health is your wealth – Physical fitness is important, but true health requires inner work, breath awareness, and emotional healing.
Adversity can be the greatest teacher – What seemed like my darkest moment became my greatest opportunity for growth and impact.

I am a Breathwork Master, with Soma Breath, school studied by Harvard & Cambridge, a Fitness Specialist, and the founder of MiFit Coach—Mindful Fitness, dedicated to helping people heal, transform, and reconnect with their true selves. My journey into this work wasn’t just a career choice—it was born out of personal transformation.
How It All Started
