We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Pilar Maroto a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Alright, Pilar thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. If you could go back in time do you wish you had started your creative career sooner or later?

I wish i had started way before, i was always thinking on everyone else’s opinions and too afraid to do it.

Pilar, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

I started when i became a triplet mom and my world changed completely several times in a couple months; after that my partner and i split and i had to provide for my 3 babies alone. It was a really scary time and i needed to have income and products for them. I am proud of me stepping up and starting to record content even when i was scared of everyone’s opinions. Now i share mu favorite products, lifestyle content and how is my life being a single mom to triplets

How did you build your audience on social media?

Actually i am still on it, but i would say being consistent and being myself, if i like a product i share my opinion and if i don’t i will say it as well. Social media is a really good source to find things you might need and you didnt even know.

What do you think is the goal or mission that drives your creative journey?

My goal is to keep helping other moms on my situation understand that whatever you hear about you is just an opinion, not your real life. To do things even being scared, just do it you never know what’s going to be the outcome if you never try.
